I just won an all in and it reset me back to my stack at the start of the hand? wtf... guy was 3betting probably trying to take advantage of the lag, gets caught, and i get no money? What if I had folded?

The whole hand played out, all the money was already in the middle, no reason to reset it... there was about a 30 second lag before it dealt the river with money all in on the flop.

I didn't get a screenshot or anything, because who would think that they're going to win the pot and not receive any money for it.

Edit: the hand history exists, guess i should email support?

Wow I’m 2nd in the 25k. They shut this down I’ll be moving to a new site.

Seems like they are getting ddosed, their main dns entry will fail to resolve for a few minutes at a time. Possibly the new software is doing this to itself.

Go to your hand history and download it or view it.

Is the software running okay now? It was going berserk an hour ago. Kinda scared to register.

In Client:
Account/Hand History/Game Transactions/ pick game you play / select up to 7 days to download then select, "download all."
Hands will show up at - C:\Users\NAME\Documents\IgnitionHandHistory

Does anybody think that the Hands per hour are still down because the software is running slow? If not, I think it might be best to limit our complaints to bet size fonts, pot size fonts, card size, and player turn alerts. These problems are bad for everybody involved.

My HPH is still around 65% btw. If anybody is doing significantly better, I'd like to know.

I'm surprized that they increased the font size for player stacks , but not for the bet sizes. It's so lazy and/or stupid, it's almost spooky.

It just means it's in the process of downloading. You'll often need to exit the client and reenter to force the download. When the download is complete the message will switch and say, "Open Hand History File."

FYI you shouldn't closed the client during the download as I've seen the hand histories get cut off if you are downloading them. The better work around is to just change the circle options at the top from MTTs to SNGs to MTTs etc and that seems to help finish the downloads.

Anybody getting any MTT refunds yet? I got some, but am missing two tourney refunds. Time to e-mail them again.

Edit: Guess I shouldn't say refund, just cashed in four of them after being blinded out into the money, but not in the last two.

yeah not a fan of the ratio size and design of the deck cards, I emailed them hopefully they'll redesign them and bring back the faces/large letters decks, including 4 colour option on them

btw looking at old ignition pics, it seems they went through a change for decks before, these ones looked like they were from the simpsons haha

This is truly disgraceful. How a site this big could have software this bad is pathetic.

Message on software says "Sorry, we're currently down for maintenance.".

I was refunded in the 75 bounty, but not the 25 monster stack... Is that tournament running? my lobby says that there are two tables in that tournament, with 12 people at one table and 13 people at the other one lol
