Is it me or does the 5min break seem a lot shorter than 5min. I feel as if they don't wait for hands to complete on all tables and just kick the 5min break off as soon as it hits :55

That's how it should be to keep things synced.

The new software has so many problems, but I don't see anyone mentioning the sound effects.

Why in the world, when you bet/call, would the sound be a wooden "clunk" sound?

What is that sound supposed to represent? What made them decide this was the sound they would want their users to hear hundreds of times per hour?

cool synced breaks. i can wash my oily face more often instead of at the end of my session. and throw in some push-ups, sit-ups, maybe, hopefully.

Pretty clear that this software was made the way it is to push regs away from the site and lower the amount of money being made by the ones who stay.

There is just no other logical explanation. No chance they made it this bad and slow on accident. Imo It is gonna stay as is. They did a 7 hour shutdown last night if they were gonna fix it or at least start fixing things you would think they would have started last night.

fingers crossed than i am dead wrong

So for anyone who is interested I had some experience today on my desktop with multiple crashes. I tried restarting several times with no change. I opened task manager to find my cpu at 100% and Ignition running multiple processes hogging all CPU with one table open as others have described.

So I went to settings-apps and uninstalled the software. Then went to the users->my name->roaming->appdata folder and deleted the ignition folders there. And also found another folder in my Docs but I think that was an older one. So I eliminated all traces of the software from all folders I could find. Finally I opened Google Chrome and deleted my browsing history. I then rebooted my PC. Opened up Chrome went straight to the site and performed a fresh install. Opened, logged in, and began opening tables while watching task manager. Cpu usage never got over 25%. Running fine ever since. This is on Win10. Hopefully someone gets some value form this.

Especially when you want to raise all-in on PL Omaha -- and it lets you!

I didn't have to do all that. I just closed all Lobby.exe entries in Task Manager and reopened the client.

I can barely see my hole cards...They're too small.

I have a huge 35" monitor, and have to size the table up to half the screen,
which makes it impossible to multi table effectively.

How can anyone be expected to play this comfortably on Android or a small monitor.

Good for you. That post was for anyone who has tried all that and still couldn’t get it to work. As I said I restarted my pc several times and it gave me the same problems. I tried closing all the processes as well. No bueno.

Pull up their site and don’t log in. It’s on the front page. The first square box/link in the first row of square on the page. It says “Download Ignition Poker” left side of the page.

I find the purpley kinda colour on the satellite/final tables actually bearable (well, I don't want to claw my eyes out). I don't know why they don't make that available always.

My computer is really struggling to run this. I occasionally get my screen just turning black/off for a few seconds and pray it will turn on again haha.

Anyone else ever have problems loading cash tables?

I have a cash table stuck at 50%, then 75%. I am trying to load my 4th table, and even though it allowed 4 tables earlier this session... now it won't load my 4th table. I've tried other limits as well.

I left my other table when it became 3 handed with about 300bb, which makes me wonder if this is a weird attempt by ignition to reduce rat-holing.

edit: I don't know if this is just a coincidence, but my 4th cash table loaded after I looked at MTTs and SNGs

Hello,

I know you guys never take any suggestions seriously, but after playing for a day on the new software (which is undoubtedly a massive downgrade in quality), I have outlined the major problems that should be addressed.

First and foremost, pace of animations needs to return to the same speed as before. This is a no brainer. You guys are getting less hands per hour, which is not just frustrating for the player (both winning and losing players) but also generates less rake per hour for the poker room. The pot should ship to the player faster after the hand ends, the rabbit card should turn over faster, everything should be faster.

..............

This e-mail is awful and I don't know why you would send it.

Of all of the example emails posted here that you could have chose from, that is the one you chose to point out as awful? I don't see anything egregiously wrong with it.

Not sure what you mean by it spiked back up? I’ve never seen Ignition have 30 processes going and 100% CPU usage. Anyways good luck

lol. I can't even see my cards because it says there is a 5 minute break happening. the break ended half an hour ago. sigh.

All four of the cash tables I was playing just froze. I was in a 3b pot on one of them so I closed out the other 3 while keeping the frozen table up. I was able to join other cash tables, etc. so I thought I was SOL on my money in the 3b pot. Then I checked my hand history... the frozen tables seemed to affect all players, and what IGN did was run out the hands and give the pot to whoever won on the runout.

The reason I'm posting isn't to share my "cool story bro" story but rather to inform other people know not to completely freak out if their tables freeze (unless they are running a bluff lol, then you really are SOL).

edit: grammar

"Additional requirements needed to reach next level"

Anyone have this issue on bodog888 asia? Support said that it will adjust at the start of next month, but it's hard to trust them since they are very often clueless

damn... i wouldn't feel great in your spot. don't the levels reset each month? I could never really figure out how it worked.

Also i have no idea why anyone would buy tournament tickets with points when the cash bonus is usually about double the value and clears in a short session.

Bodog asia support also told me even though my bonus wasn't showing up in the client that it was still there and would be credited in the end, of course it wasn't and they didn't give me the $1000. This also happened to somebody else itt.
