Ok so apparently clearing your cache and reinstalling will most likely be the solution to most issues with the new update.

Man anytime a site has an update like this I get so worried of what massive change they have come up with next that will drastically effect my game. Like.. username anonymity, then cant select what tables you want, then chat restrictions, then no chat just emoji expressions, now no expressions. Its like jesus christ what in the ****.... Cant I just play poker and leave me alone. Pay enough in god damn rake.

The desktop update went fine for me about 15 minutes ago. Happily grinding PLO.

Since this update, I have had two MTT's canceled and refunded with exactly 13 people remaining... My table turned shiny blue, like a final table, and then immediately canceled after that.

Alright for some odd reason after a reboot the update is going through; however, I am frozen at the log in screen like mentioned above. Will try and figure this out lol. Happy update Ignition team.. awesome. Continue to do great things.

hey guys I am on bovada, I can log in fine but when i go to reg a tourny or sit any cash table an error box pops up and says
"You are currenlty running an oudated version of the software. Please update to the current version and try again"

Obv it autoupdates when you open the program. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled. Any ideas?

I notice that there isn't any 11 dollar mtts running now or the crazy 8 tournies. Like 4-7 mtt's I would play on the reg. so that's awesome. I hope it is just for the day due to the upgrade.

idk if this has been suggested but it's been a historically good fix for me whenever i have software/update issues with loading up the client-

1. uninstall bovada/bodog/ignition

2. access the app data folder for the user profile on your machine and delete the ignition subfolder.

i use windows 10, for me the folder location/path is C:/Users/(User Name)/AppData/Roaming/ignition-eu-poker

delete that ****

3. re-install poker client

yes like someone else said search in windows for %appdata% then open that folder and delete the ignition file or the bovada file.

Also what did it for me was to clear my cache and history in google chrome (which was the browser i used to download the software)

Then delete the software, then reinstall. then the error message was gone

Alright I'm up and running with no issues. Lagged once pretty bad but that's normal right.

My issue on one computer was not enough disk space. Somehow had wayyyy too much allocated to VM. Good to go

My account has just been disabled after cashing for a decent amount -.- lets see how this plays out. Have verified in the past and made withdrawals but they just decided to lock it with a hefty sum of $$on it, after I tried withdrawing.

***Solution for logging in to Ignition if it is just hanging there for you***

Go to control panel and find ignition poker and uninstall all clients of it.

Go to C:/Users/(Select your name)/AppData/Roaming/Ignition Folder ---Then Delete this file.

Go to C: (Search for any ignition folder and delete it)

Open Chrome if you have it and go to the 3 dots in the top right corner.
Click More Tools
Click Clear browsing data
Switch it to all time and delete and click the top 4 check boxes and clear them.

Download ignition poker again and reinstall and you should be good to go.

yeah I don't notice much either, the text of the lobby looks fine/maybe slightly improved but the bright orange color is worse than the red/black. tables are unchanged from prior version. didn't see any new options or gameplay features
