Open an account on Ignition if you cant get it figured out on Bovada. You are allowed an account on both skins. Also, bitcoin deposits/cashouts are free and fast.

I thought Ignition was more or less just a name for “Bovada Poker”

Regardless, my guess would be that if it’s the same overall governing body that they could easily say “hey but we still need this bovada CC verification thing figured out” when i go to cash out.

Would you say that’s inacxurate?

Hello, I've been playing on Bovada on and off again for the last year or two and I've been having consistent issues with disconnects during games. It seems to randomly happen where in a middle of a hand my client will just timeout (no warning) one second lag behind and the next the play quickly goes forward. This is frustrating and I've lost on several opportunities from being disconnected. I've emailed support several times and I get the "clear your internet cookies and cache" response, which I've done along with reinstalling the client, yet still I get random disconnects. Email support doesn't respond other than the standard response. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Anyone get the "you do not have sufficient balance" BS error message when you try to buyin to a zone table and have your buyin magically stolen from you? (Without recourse, because there's no table ID or transaction identifier...it just "magically" disappears) It's happened to me twice in the past three days...I can't be the only one. Hoping that by speaking out someone can be made aware of this and have it get fixed...support has been unhelpful

I e-mailed support and they said that my balance was down because the withdrawable balance gets wagered first. This would make sense if I had lost money at blackjack, but since I won shouldn't my withdrawable balance have increased proportionally if not at least stayed the same? I was up 240 dollars and left and came back and it never going to show that’s your money won.

Did I get played by the fine print or do I have a case?
To me it’s a scam and it happened to me also. When you win your available withdrawal bonus doesn’t change because you haven’t made your bonus quota to be able to withdraw since you accepted a bonus. So even though it tells you are able to use free casino chips..... they are real wager and if you lose your money is gone and if you win it will not show you are positive cash till you either hit your bonus to 100 percent or cancel your bonus. I argued with them to I was blue in the face but they are total scammers when it comes to the casino. They are quick to take your money but if you do get up it doesn’t show it as real money.

Tip 1 stay out of casino and do not use any bonuses at ignition because they are all for casino only and that’s how the company makes a lot of money. Non regulated casino.

I would say to call and ask. Explain in a way that they actually understand what you're going through and then ask if it's alright to open an account on the other brand. My guess is they green light you.

Update:

After several email exchanges, bovada customer service informed me that they have “removed this CC verification request from my account...and i am now free to deposit/withdraw from their site”

I don't know that their is a published list. Have you searched for one on the bovada/ignition website? How about loading the client and looking for yourself?

Hi everyone, here is my situation if anyone can offer some help.

I transfer my fund on Bovada to Ignition when Bovada was aquired by Ignition. Then I had some real life issues to work out (new job, relocation, etc). So I took about more than a year break from poker and never logged on Ignition during that time. So I just got back on today after this long break, but found out all my funds are gone on Ignition. Has this happened to anyone before? I contacted the support they said they are investigating, but they said I played casino games on there this year, which I never did. So if my account was somehow hacked, is there any chance I can get my fund back? Or just have to chop it to a loss. Thanks!

I don't know about "chopping it up as a loss" but you can chalk it up as a loss because they're not reimbursing you if your account was compromised on your side.

If you don't place a bet within 18 months, they steal your funds. But it sounds like somebody did somewhere.

They don't steal anything...it is in the terms and conditions .

If you let your account go to “dormant” status, Bodog reserves the right to charge a monthly inactivity fee of $100 until activity resumes or the account balance reaches $0. This sounds a lot worse than it really is – for instance, you have to be inactive for eighteen calendar months to trigger the fees, and all fees can be reimbursed at the whim of management. Also, deposits and withdrawals count as activity, so you don’t even have to bet to avoid dormant status.

So like you said, they steal it. Somehow I'm not surprised you came around the moment someone criticized Bonition. Thanks for coming around, Mr. Shill.

But how many disconnects have you had so far this year?

Bodog isn't a bank pal

over 15k+ in posts and still playing 25NL , yeah I would blame and criticize the site too

maybe try more studying and less yapping , that way you wont be so bitter

Anyone else bummed at their lackluster MTT schedule for PLO? I'm sure PLO8 is a more popular MTT format, but it really surprises me that it's by that wide of a margin.
