DriveHUD population reports on Ignition are solid gold.

Has anyone have suffered from similar problems and do have any remedies for these issues?

Thanks
Happens all the time. Also watch for SNGs loading but not popping up and just running without ever opening and you losing.

Even without doing that I haven't had the problem but once lately although as said...that's the only thing I've noticed is that it never happens if you follow the above steps. This also does happen far more often in HUSNG's than anywhere else and I haven't played them in like a month as I've been focusing on cash games.
Thanks for your response. However, the problem is I do not decide when the table opens as I sit first in the lobby and play cash games on the side.

It is really hurts a session to lose a few buy-ins at the fault of the casino.
When I lose a buy-in without playing a hand all support does is tell me to clear the cache. This is extremely frustrating.

This should not happen. How can they be so ****ing incompetent? Maybe I should just avoid HUSNG's all together.

I've been grinding NL 10 for a while, and I'm thinking of playing some zoom. How does NL 5 zoom compare to NL 10 regular?

Hey all, former lolWPN player here looking to jump ship! I'm sure I won't be the last of my kind in the coming months given the state of affairs over there...

Anyway I wanted to get the opinion of a Bovada reg or two before making the switch because I have a situation with my account from years ago. So the last time I played on Bovada was in 2015, i made a dozen or so deposits and several withdrawals for mostly small sums. I always used my personal debit card for deposits. In October of 2015 I was asked to complete some sort of "credit card verification" which I did NOT complete. The card they wanted verified was no longer active to my bank account and had been shredded and tossed, the money I had left on the site was irrelevant to me, so I just quit playing. Since this is 2+2 I feel it's important to make the following abundantly clear haha: It was MY card, I was NOT underage, I did NOT share my account, I did NOT cheat or chip dump or break ANY t.o.s or anyyyy of the things that somehow go hand in hand with most posts of this nature! My account is FOR SURE in good standing with Bovada, except for the incomplete CC verification form or whatever it is.

So.. fast forward to today... If I were to deposit, donk around for a bit, and eventually attempt a withdrawal, what would you guess is the likelihood that this old cc verification thing resurfaces again before I'm allowed to withdraw? My guess would be very likely but i'm not certain. Follow up question: has anyone ever gone through the process of confirming an old debit card for an account which no longer exists? My guess is that it's not an impossible thing to do, but I'm unsure of how difficult that would be and what the steps are.

Any advice is appreciated, thanks for your time!

I have zero experience with what you described above but why not just contact them and find out for certain from them the answers to your questions

I sent them an email before writing this including all of the same details. I suppose coming from ACR I’m a bit gunshy when it comes to trusting both the accuracy and trustworthiness of poker customer service agents. Anyway they auto-responded with “will respond in about 72 hours” so i figured I’d come ask 2+2 while I awaited their response

Dear Mr. Robinson,

Thanks for sending us your documentation.

The credit card ending in **** 0132 is now verified.

For us to complete the verification process, we ask that you send us the front and back copy of the card ending in **** 1024 along with a signed and completed copy of the Credit Card Verification Form.

This is the card that needs verification for your future withdrawal request.

You may click on the link below to download the Credit Card Verification Form:
http://www.bovada.lv/help/credit-card-verification-form

Please scan the requested document in JPEG or PDF format then email it to verification@bovada.lv.

If you have any further questions, please contact us.

Regards,

Bovada Financial Services

I went back through emails to find the specifics of the verification thing and this was our most recent interaction. They asked for CC verification for what was, at that time my current card, which I provided and they accepted. It looks like they THEN said “oh and we’ll also need you to verify this other card you used previously.”

Same as before, that card that I had used previously WAS in fact mine and I was of age and all that for sure. But they asked for pic of front and back which i obv couldn’t provide and clearly wouldn’t be able to provide this time around either. So how will that ever be solved?

The zone games tend to be a little tighter than the regular games, and since 10NL zone doesn't run any more, 5NL has a pretty wide player pool, but it's not going to be very different in most respects, just a little tighter.

Alright so they responded in less than 4 hours with a clear and personalized response which is just so so so refreshing! They say i DO still have to complete verification for that old card and that...

“If you no longer have the card, you can submit either of the following, together with other requested documents:
An old bank statement showing the last four digits of the card, your name, and your address.
An official bank letter stating that you were the owner of the card. This should show your name, card number, and the card issuer's name/logo.”

Old bank statement isn’t going to work since i don’t have a physical copy and i don’t bank with BOA anymore so no online login, so my only option is official bank letter. Anyone ever done this? I assume just walk into bank and speak with someone about drawing one of these up? Thanks!

Just because you don't bank with BOA anymore doesn't mean they don't still have your records. Very little searching says that BOA keeps records on file for 7 years and if you don't have a current account, you can get old statements by going to a branch. Not hard to find this stuff out for yourself.

The 7 years rule applies to open accounts only, according to the person I’m currently on the phone with. Bank sounding like they cannot get this done, as it was closed 2+ years ago

Does anyone else experience random disconnects while playing bovada (cash games) where the rest of your internet is working (tv streaming etc) and yet bovada disconnects and without even giving you a chance to reconnect all of your tables suddenly and simultaneously disappear? This seems to happen to me once a day in addition to other disconnects which sometimes reconnect fully, and sometimes only reconnect to show your empty seat at the otherwise full table.

Other times it just disconnects long enough so I don't lose my seat but all the notes i've made on other players disappear.

I'd look to talk to someone else and preferably in person if it's not too much of an inconvenience. When I googled earlier, the BOA site specifically says that if you're account is closed that you have to go to the branch and they'll give you old statements.

I had this a few times yesterday where I wasn't playing and had the spinning wheel come up and then working a few seconds later. Right now I'm streaming NBA and I'm lagging a little bit with Ignition but nothing else.

Yes, this is a common experience that the good people at Ignition provide.
