only game's that are beatable are like $3 turbo SNGs, tons of regs/nits in every other game. With no rakeback/bonuses, can't beat the massive rake there.

even tho i wish there were more beatable sngs Id have to agree with you on this. the 3$ turbos are very easy. Id say the 5.50s are also pretty easy. But once your at the 10$ and up level you might aswell just play cash. even tho there are no player names it is still very hard to make a decent amout grinding these games. especially with the rakeback situation and the 4 table limit

You can make some good money on the tournaments. There are alot of guarantees and alot of people just don't care. Its very easy to build up a pretty good stack.

the 9 player turbos, not the triple ups?

I'd say both. At the $10 level and up, there are just too many regs and not enough fish to be able to beat the lack of rakeback. I'd say only about 2/9 are fish at this level, and the fish know just enough to knock your ROI below the insane rake. You could beat the game for 4% and still be a loser because of the 5% rake and no rakeback. Most high volume sng players turn a profit through RB and bonuses. E.G. beating the game for 4% and getting half of the 5% rake back equates to beating the game for 6.5%, which exceeds the 5% rake, so it is a profitable game. That dynamic does not exist on this site, so I would avoid or only stick to small stakes.

Has anyone noticed that Bovada increased their rake for 6+ players? It used to hit the $3 cap at $70. That was lowered to $60. Their website does not reflect the change. Not sure when they changed it, but it was at least a month ago.

Assuming your talking about NL/PL $60 for max is correct because its $1 rake per $20. In limit games 2/4+ it takes $3 at $70.

this is what I always believed as far as NL is concerned, I never play FL.

where do you even find a rake schedule? this is all I could find:

The profit the house makes by taking a percentage of the pot, collected by the dealer during each hand. The rate of rake varies. Bovada has one of the lowest rakes of any online poker room set at 5% with a cap of $3. Land-based poker rooms typically take 10% to a maximum of $5 or higher.

I'm a very good tournament player and I just do terrible on Bovada lol. I guess I don't adjust to all the fish well? Idk what it is exactly, but I can't win a tournament to save my life. I agree they are super easy which makes me even more sad about it.

I've found the cash games up to $400NL to be very soft. They start to get tuff from there up. Some days you can find $1000NL games that are like printing money though.

I've never been asked and I've been playing on the site since 2009. I cash off a few times a month FWIW.

It takes some getting used to, but it's definitely worth adding into the mix. What are you going to be playing?

Yep I'm talking about FL, and in the FL chart it says $3 is taken out at $70, however that is not the case. Not sure if it was ever the case, but the website is wrong.
