I have been playing with ignition for a few months now and no problems until 2/23/2018. On this day I had requested a bitcoin withdrawal to a wallet I had generated from the WPN network ( I did this to cut down on transfer fees) and this is something that I have done a few times before with no problems. This time however, it is now going on day 5 since I have received my funds and every time I talk to Ignition Casino they keep telling me that they have sent the money but are unable to provide me with any information to show this, besides a reference number that they have generated that gives no proof of anything. So I proceed to talk to BlackChip Poker (the site I used to generate the Bitcoin address to send to) and they provide me with this link: https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC/addre...v/transactions
This link shows that no transaction were sent and this is proof to the story they are telling me that they have not received any funds yet. So when I go back to Ignition to ask what is going on, they tell me they need proof that I have not received the funds. So I send them the link and wait for a response. A day later they tell me the link will not work that they need a screen shot. The problem I see here is that instead of Ignition showing me proof that they sent it, I have to show that I haven't received it and then the information that I am sending them isnt good enough. I have talked to Michael the manager there at Ignition who was not only rude but very unhelpful because "there is nothing I can do sir". I happy that the withdrawal amount wasnt for much but I feel like this is a site that you should avoid because they will steal your money and then instead of proving that they have done what they say, you have to prove them wrong. The bottom line is this I am out X amount of money and Ignition had pretty much told me good luck. I am just so pissed that I even started to use the site. I wish the poker sites would understand that customer service goes such a long ways at least for me when deciding on where to play and where I want to continue to give my money to. So people know where I am at in the story, I have sent Michael and his team a screenshot of the wallet with the transactions and I am waiting to hear back and I will keep everyone updated but this is ridiculous.
The fact that they still ask for screenshots is pretty dumb... I had hoped they would've moved past that by now.
Not to hammer you for something that's already happened, but just so that others know for the future -
you should not send bitcoin directly from one site to another. You should always withdraw first to an address that you control, and then deposit to the second site.
If Ignition provided the address that you're withdrawing to somewhere in the email they send, or in your transaction history, this wouldn't be an issue. They do display it on the withdrawal confirmation screen... so it's a good idea to screenshot that page and save it.
I agree that they should be able to give you a link to the transaction that they claim was your withdrawal. I would keep asking for that. There's a chance that they did send correctly and it's WPN that is wrong.
