I just had the "Table no longer exists" error in a MTT. Here's my story:

Just before it happened I was up 3 or 4 starting stacks. I had AA UTG and raised 2.25x. Once I clicked the raise button, the buttons disappeared, but the timer kept going down to zero. It stopped at zero and froze. The other tournament I was in kept going, so I know my internet was fine. I've had this sort of thing happen several times lately and usually I can close the window and reopen and it works again. I did that and was able to see the replay of the hand. I would have won it.

A hand or two later I had AKo but it looked like I was sitting out. There was no "I am back" button though, so I just watched it auto-fold my hand.

I closed the whole program and logged in again. The other tournament popped back up, but when I tried to take my seat at the problem tourney, that's when it told me the table no longer existed. I tried getting to the table all different ways, but I couldn't open any of the tables for that tournament. I also tried on two other computers, one of which is a Mac, and got the same result.

I called and was on hold for about 20 minutes before I talked to anyone. The whole time I could see my stack getting blinded away. I went from 2nd to 12th during the call. The guy told me he could give me a ticket for the buy in but I would have to call back after the tournament ended. I told him I didn't want to have to call back and asked to talk to a manager.

Eventually got a manager and he agreed to give me the ticket now since I had already lost 2/3 of my stack by then and it still wasn't working. A ticket is ok, but it's frustrating because I was up so much when it stopped working. My stack was clearly worth more than one buy in.

Neither of them seemed to have any technical information about what was actually going on. The manager said only certain people are experiencing these issues. He asked me to go to their site and click the browser info link and send it to them. I thought that was odd because I was using a client, not the browser. Shortly after that I got an automated email saying that I needed to install Flash and Java. I replied saying that didn't make any sense at all and got another email asking me to do it anyway as they were the recommended steps provided by their "technical team".

I didn't do that, but I did uninstall, delete everything from the appdata folders and reinstall to a new location as advised on here.

By then I had been blinded out of the tournament (2 out of the money - so tilting) but I was able to open the two remaining tables. Not sure if that means my problem is fixed or not.

I've had freezing issues a few times in the last few months and emailed them about it. I just got a canned response. When I complained about the canned response I got another email saying to call them. I think you have to call to get anywhere with them. I wonder how they will handle it if you just lose a big hand because of the freezing, but are still in the tournament.

Yeah, I'm over them. I hit a major jackpot in their casino and max cashed out and said Bye Felicia

I hope they fix the table resizing issue soon. Sucks not being able to play 4+ tables without small overlap.

I believe if you change your windows scaling to 100% that it should fix this issue.

Completely reset my router and computer (and tried every iteration of suggestions above).....still no dice on getting the lobby to consistently load.

Pretty lame

New information-I ran a wireless hotspot from my phone and I can consistently connect and the software appears to be running normally.

Once I reconnect to my home network, I get the same old lobby comes up empty, no pinwheels, no loading, no sign in.

I have Comcast with an Apple Airport router. There must be something that this software doesn't like with either my router or windows wifi settings. Unfortunately, my laptop doesn't have an ethernet jack (to test whether it's purely windows wifi settings or router based).

As I stated above, I completely reset my router and PC so there's something relatively default about this Bovada doesn't like.

3. Delete The Bodog folder on C:\Bodog (For some reason when I uninstalled there was STILL files on my computer, It should have been deleted I think?)
4. Open Edge (NOT Chrome) and download the software - Or a different browser from what you use regularly... If you use Edge, download in Chrome or Saffari or w/e..
5. Install the software

Its worked for me on two occasions now. I dont know who came up with the original steps, but much thanks to whomever did.
worked for me but jesus how would some rec ever figure this out.

you can pick up a USB ethernet adapter ( https://www.startech.com/ca/Networki...pter~USB31000S )

They work great, you should never be playing this joke site on wi-fi anyways IMO.. Speed will increase like 2X to 10X as well if you use that for your internet.. (usually)

If you ever uninstall a program on your computer there is still files in that hidden folder, so if you redownload it the settings will come back. It's not just Bodog/Ignition this is used for.

At this point I am more certain than not that at least part of the issue is Holdem Indicator. In my case, it's Omaha Indicator.

I have formatted my HD a few times, and clean install of the OS, and when running bovada/ignition, before I download and install HI/OI, it's fine. Once HI/OI, is installed and active, I constantly have the software crash or str8 up shutdown on it's own.

Assuming I am at least partially right, I wonder if this is on purpose, or plain incompetence....

Also, hate to say this, but in a twisted way support is kind of right, that it is "on our end". Since, after jumping through all of these hoops we are able to get it somewhat stable... Half truths, lol....

Same thing has happened to me with other tournaments continuing to work fine.

Anyone running 1600x900 resolution?

Q: will 4 tables fit without overlap in their smallest size?

I have overlap at that resolution. Good luck with trying to resize the tables right now though.

THOSE OF YOU HAVE TROUBLE SINGING IN to Bovada Client. It comes up but nothing would really load and the screen would be mostly plain without the extra pop up that usually comes up and the being able to see the lobbies. I tried uninstalling it and going into %appdata% and deleting the hidden files and then downloading it from a different browser than i normally run and also downloading it into a new location but it still didn't work. Does for some people.

BUT what did finally end up working was going into chrome and deleting all history, cache, passwords, the whole lot "from the beginning of time". I think that last part in quotations is important some people might forget it usually defaults to the past week or something. THEN after that right click your bovada shortcut and open file location. You will see an alternate file called "Lobby" with the same Picture as the one that says "BovadaPoker". Right click that and open it as administrator and it should finally work, does for me anyhow and i don't know why. Sometimes i have to do it a couple times but it eventually works.

Sometimes i only have to delete my history, cache, and all that once and i can open the lobby up a few days in a row and sometimes i have to repeat the process every time i want to open the client, it varies. But at least i can open it with moderately consistent success. Good Luck and i hope you run only slightly worse than me at the tables!

thank you for the response! Follow up question. With this overlap, are you still able to see all of your hole cards on all 4 tables (minimum size) simultaneously?

Thats a big NO unfortunately. How I wish I could. Although, Ive seen some twitch streams on Ignition where people are able to make it happen. I should probably try asking next time I see one on.

Right now though if I shrink a table to its smallest size, and then attempt to relocate it elsewhere on my screen, it'll grow larger. If I click on it and attempt again, it'll do the same damned thing getting even larger. Why is there always a new bug update when I log on?????? Im tired of all these bugs preventing me from playing!!

On Bovada, I was just in a a tournament with 16 left of 75. Went on break, when the break ended I was disconnected (it showed that the client kept trying to reconnect). I closed and opened the client and got back on (most likely 1-2 minutes after it restated, and yes, I can assure you it did not naturally end while I was disconnected) but when I found the tournament, it said finished and left everyone in the place of their stack pre-break. It placed me second. I have a screenshot of the finished screen. Obviously I cannot verify that I am truly the second place random player, but for now that does not matter. I've yet to see an email, and my account has not been credited the amount of the buy-in, second place money (if that is their policy) or anything at all in between.

Advice on if people have faced this (disconnect then tournament shows up as finished when they log back in shortly thereafter) problem, and if so, what I should do?m

Thanks for any help.
