I think maybe you guys didn't read that very carefully...
iHoldem Indicator is different than Holdem Indicator (notice the tiny, leading "i" at the front) and it is definitely different than Omaha Indicator, etc. iHoldem Indicator is for Mac. It is absolutely not working at all. Thus, the reply I posted that was directly from John (I even asked his permission to post it).
I hope this helps clear up any confusion.

Had the same problem. Tried everything, called CS and they gave me the BS, "reinstall/reset your modem/the problem is on your end" response. Ended up withdrawing my BR since I cant even start the client anymore. So lame that this company can be this incompetent.

kahnutrain said that the software's identical. I haven't played on it but from reports of others and the look of the lobby, it looks like kahn is correct and I assume he'd know about that kind of thing anyhow.

fwiw, from the people posting itt, a lot of people are posting that they have Windows 10. I'm running 8 and don't have nearly as many issues as you guys.

I'm running windows 8 on Bovada & once I get up to 4 tables it is crashing around every 20-30 mins.

Is there no cash game lobby in the new Bovada software?

There's a lobby for zone poker but when I try to go to cash games it forces me to choose options and auto-seats me?

No it's the same. Ignition and Bovada are just basically skins, same software.

There are no cash for points for POKER. It is only for sports betting and other pit/table games. There is no difference between Ignition and Bovada as far as I know for poker rewards, at all.

Yeah, me neither.
I buy it. I think they figured they could segregate their poker sharks from their sports betting clientele. Obviously sports betters are mainly recreational poker players and get destroyed quite quickly. That costs Bovada some money. They figured they wouldn't lose much of their sportsbettors but I think enough of them wanted the poker attraction and moved their play over to Carbon or BOL.

Anyway, besides that point, don't you guys think it would make sense to get back on to Bovada regardless so we gain access again to those sports bettors? Doesn't seem like there's much of a reason to stay at ignition.
They share player pools. It makes no sense IMO to move back to Bovada, if you have a roll on Ignition. They are literally the same thing. It appears the most recent update has fixed some of the crashing issues at both Ignition and Bovada.

how many times are you attempting to open the client? cause i STILL get this same blank lobby issue myself, but I figured out that I just need to close everything out(making sure all Ignition/Bovada stuff is actually closed first, via your Task Manager) and then try relaunching the client. sometimes it works the first time, other times I have to repeat this process 3-4 times before the lobby loads as normal...but once I get logged in things seem to be decently stable, at least for some ****ty Bovada software.

Also getting random snap crashes of client with no error message at all.

And worse, some complete blue screen lockups like in that pic above. Never seen them before this update.

Just got some random error message at startup of the client about files missing or something. Windows 10

Crashes seem mostly random although, at least two happened when opening new windows or hand re-player.
