Post of the year.

Can not log in on windows or Mac ATM. Was literally no problem this morning, now no connection anywhere. Anyone have a fix? Using windows 10
And Mac OSX

Same... worked for me this early afternoon, tried logging on for the past 15 minutes and can't get in. Lobby loads but not fully (can't see any tables or the normal refer a friend pop up) then click sign in and nothing happens.

Update: uninstalled and reinstalled and after opening and closing twice the lobby fully loaded and I got in

just updated and played a few minutes. all went smooth. tested the top up and it worked fine for the 5 minutes I played. seems good so far..

so just to clarify, no HUDS/multi tabling software is currently working on the new update?

Unable to log in either.

Took me five attempts, but I finally logged in. Bizarre.

I run a widescreen gaming monitor at 3440x1440, so the bigger windows are a huge plus for me. Prior to the latest update the lobby screen was so damned small and I couldn't enlarge it. Unbelievably frustrating, but at least it's better now. Good luck to you all who still can't log in.

Just had a table in a MTT drop. Have been trying for an hour to get back in. Wireless, hard wired, restarted client and computer and tried another machine... all say "This table no longer exists." Called support and I was told that I would get my entry fee back after the tourny ends... not sure if I should expect that to actually happen or not. Anyone else had similar happen?

I was using bovada card catch to automatically click timebank. Bovada card catcher can't do this anymore after the latest update. Is there a cheap app that I can use just to auto timebank?

has anyone even mentioned how much faster and smoother it seems to be? i mean yea not being able to instant perfect tile 4 tables is a bit annoying but jfc

I am having an odd issue where I make the table the preferred size, then it just slow enlarges on its own until it is maxed out.

Not to sound like a jerk here but it's amazing how many people can't spend 30 seconds to read the 5 to 10 posts above them to see if others are having the issue they are going to post about.

Cliffs:

- Ignition updated their software today (August 14th)
- Some people are having login issues with the client but most are ok.
- The client runs several processes of the "lobby.exe" file.
- Tiling button in the client does not work.
- The new update has the client lagging for some and others say it's much smoother.
- Card catcher appears to have issues and Holdem Indicator as well.
- These issues don't seem to be a problem with latest DriveHud update since they fixed the Bodog client recently that has the same update.
- Tables are bigger then before so on a standard monitor resolution (1920x1080) so you will be overlapping playing more than 2 at once.
- The minimum window size is much bigger than before with a border around the windows, including the lobby which isn't removable.
- Their is no fix for the tiling issue that anyone is aware of. If someone finds some way to tile without any overlap on a standard screen please let others know.
- This fixed the small text they ruined in the previous update but it was fine two updates ago.
- Customer Support is still a bunch of low paid clowns who are given little information except a trouble shooting script to tell people over the phone or email people with.
- Call and email them as much as possible. Don't just rely on thinking others will do it since the more of us that report issues the faster they will (hopefully) correct them.

They nuked the $20ament with 15m levels? DOJ can't beat down the door soon enough.

overall, can't complain about the update. Two major issues for me seem to have been rectified:
constant pop-ups about how they can't process my action (when I didn't try to do anything)
table lock up when anyone pushes all-in against me - and then I time out.

SO, if both these issues are fixed, I'm good.
