Seriously! The person(s) that thought up and approved that change are some of my least favorite people of all time.

Still no double ups, pathetic trash site. keeps sending the same trash automated responses with no real reasoning, I hope this site gets a lawsuit filed for negligence and false advertising. I will be filling a report with rip-off report.

Traffic seems really slow right now. Even 100Zone is barely running.

So, after a night of constant disconnects and losing $50 b/c of ****ty software, I submitted a request for them to find the money. They ask what table IDs. So I screenshot them from the HH thing (which they could have easily done) and reply. Then I get this:

Quote:
"Thanks for contacting Poker at Ignition Casino Customer Service.

We apologize for any issues you’ve experienced on the Poker software.

For us look into this further, provide us with the Tournament/Table ID for the affected table as there were multiple tables shown in your screenshot provided. Once we've received these details, we'll be able to provide the appropriate response to your inquiry.

We’re available to help 24/7 if you need anything else."
How about *all* of them you dumbasses. Your POS software caused it, ****ing fix it. I'm not spending 2 hours figuring out what exact table the $50 is from, since my time is worth more than that. **** this, I'm done. Gonna BTFD on bitcoin and I'll monitor thread to see if they fix but not optimistic.

Good luck to you guys.

I was surprised that the iggy support asked me "Do you run any antivirus programs, if so, while playing? If so, what program specifically"

I think its extremely irresponsible to ask that question over email. I can understand them wanting technical information to pretend they are trying to do something about these issues, but thats like asking someone if they leave a spare key to their car, if so, where, if so, when will you not be around?

I am curious to know where this money comes from though. I have been refunded maybe 300$ past 2 months for disconnections. I have also been lucky to be at a sng where other people disconnect and then I profit from it... I didn't get that money taken away, but yet they always refund my disconnection request. I don't mean to imply this is ok, and I know some people haven't gotten refunds, but to this point, I don't think I have not gotten a refund that showed I couldn't play hands.

I suppose most fishy players don't bother and some bigger regs maybe just stop playing after a few disconnections and don't bother finding the tournament IDs because it does take a few minutes. But even still, shelling out money for disconnected buyins while awarding all of the prize money, has to cut into rake profit regardless of frequency (which we know is very high... at least the frequency at which people are disconnected and unable to play).

Maybe we need to get a software guy to come up with a macro that looks at hhs and finds when hero folds 100% of hands then creates an email to ignition and inserts those tournament ID into the body of the email

Kinda irritating that they're asking for user info when the problem is clearly on their end.

I emailed them again about the sitngos and this was there response

Thanks for contacting Poker at Ignition Casino Customer Service.

We understand your disappointment as you're not able to play your preferred tournaments.

The Poker software was previously under maintenance so we could make some important updates and provide the best quality service possible. Due to this some tables have been removed to assist with the process. There is no timeframe as to when the tables will be returned.

We ask for your continued patience while this updated is completed.

I suspect that there servers couldnt handle all of the traffic so they got rid of the triple up and Don's. I guess the sitngos where to much for there servers to handle so they got rid of them to help with the disconnections that's my theory. It's a shame because those were my main games for almost a year now.

This makes more sense then anything ive read so far maybe since they fill up so quickly compared to other games they were causing issues? But if this is a bandwidth issue how hard and or how long would it take for them to get a server thats faster?

It makes sense in a vacuum but think about it, dons ran smoothly for YEARS dating back to bovada days when you could argue traffic was double what it is now. Dons being gone is not a low bandwith/server issue, i believe they got tired of getting 100's of emails daily about collusion aswell as actually catching colluders (ive gotten collusion refunds atleast 4 times). Mix in the fact there were probably tons of guys beating dons and withdrawing, the site probably feels the money they rake from them isnt worth all the work providing the games.

I wish I could bet someone even money that the DONs and TONs will be back by July 1st. I spoke to numerous people, and one guy said, "We're not supposed to tell people anything but, they'll be back but we don't know when, but if you want my opinion, I heard from a very credible source that this all has to do with the servers crashing, and they are working to bring them back as fast as possible. They are our most popular games by far, so getting rid of them really isn't an option". So yeah, everyone chillax, they're coming back.

Shouldn't be too hard. Email me a HH file that includes hands where hero disconnected and if I can find time I'll write the code.

I miss The DorN's also. Bankroll now has much bigger swings with no easy money to pad it.
Sounds cool, but how would one detect or defend against collusion?

This makes me feel better and makes a lot of sense.

I'm thinking they are working hard on getting the servers to stop crashing but haven't had a lot of success. Maybe they have some new hardware or bandwidth coming soon. I'll be positive about it.

DON and Triples are super popular and no company is going to let their most profitable product tank ... they'll get it fixed.
