full ring 400nl is dead and this is why. Alot of people are now joining tables, seeing they are empty and leaving. Rather than waiting, you cant blame them however. Waiting means you have to play hu and everybody doesnt want to play HU.

it's not just about playing HU, full ring nits are terrified of shorthanded play

This has to be the biggest problem with the new seating system. With no way to tell if/how many games are running, how many times do recs sit at an empty or short table before giving up?

SNG traffic seems very light. Hoping it comes back when/if their software is fixed.

I play 2/4 FR every day so I can attest that it still runs, albeit with way lower traffic than before the update. I can usually get 1 or 2 tables anytime past 3pm EST, sometimes more in peak hours. I used to be able to play 4 pretty much whenever I wanted.

Also, 3/6 FR was definitely killed by the update. Haven't seen it run once since. Only been able to play in two 5/10 FR games since the update as well.

Well that about sums it up. They have no desire to fix their own stuff...

I had the disconnect issue twice last night, each lasted like 5-9 hands without being able to play (game seemed frozen then autofolding hands till I could sit back in)

Has anybody attempted to get a refund when a disconnect cost you a sit n go? Any luck?

just had my first disconnect from all tables...yay

every time disconnects have affected me, i was refunded. I play mostly cash so they refunded me what i invested into the pot (which sucks because a few spots i was def. getting villians stack but something is better than nothing) one time i played a $21 sng and was able to get my buyin refunded because the sng didnt open for me at all no matter how many times i tried (i dont recommend trying to enter sngs that have been disconnected as it has been documented ignition will say you was able to play a few hands therefor not eligble for a refund, so if disconnected in a sng do not try to re-enter). Ive called about refunds 5 times and was able to get refunded each time. My only gripe is having to earn 3 poker points per dollar to have it "unlocked and withdrawable" but whatever.

So, are you saying that if I have been playing a SNG, and it disconnects, I should not try to reconnect to it? because if I do reconnect I wont get a refund?

yes, if you miss a few hands but reconnect they will say you was able to finish it. Its happen to alot of people, me included. So when i get disconnected in a sng i leave it be and call customer service when the game is over. Give them the tournament id# and they will be able to see you disconnected and didnt reconnect.

Honestly this really sucks not being able to play the triple up sitngos. I really hope there not getting rid of them. I'm already downswinging because I suck when I get heads up. I'd rather deal with the disconnects then not be able to play my regular games .

I haven't played in a few weeks. Tried 3 different limits opening 4 tables at each and got sat by myself at all of them. Logged off. That was fun.
