I got froze out of a sit n go last night. I called to try and get credited my buy in back and the guy says they fixed the issue a couple days ago and it must be my internet connection.lol They have no more issues. WOW! Asked to talk to a supervisor and I get put on hold then told there all currently busy they will call you when one is available still no call. Terrible

I played two 6 max hypers yesterday while finishing my session on ACR. Neither crashed. Impressive work

I've got this before while playing and had to keep clicking it off until I could play my hand but it never kicked me off. I just tried several times and I can't log in, even after Xing out and trying to log back in.

I've been experiencing that same lag/freeze issues as everyone else... I just requested a cash out in full. I no longer trust my money on here - it was shady enough after losing its gaming license last year.

FWIW - I recently started to play on Global Poker which is a legal US poker room due to using a "Sweepstakes" loophole and have never ran into any lag or disconnect issues (including when I use Wifi), and I like the software better. The games are just as soft as Ignition and I can use PayPal to deposit and withdraw. I'm no shill, just trying to help guide other disgruntled Ignitions players who also rather not play on a reg-infested ACR client.

tournys are freezing but not a lot. 2 people sitting out at my table with only 2 tbls left in a mtt tho

It seems like they'll refund as long as you don't login until you blind out.

Same issues, not able to log in, Had been also having disconnection issues for the entire last week and the best I got from support was to " Turn off gameplay animations & clear cookies & cache " None of which helped and I disconnected quite a few times in big pots and having to auto fold to any bets from OPs. Got to love it.

Seems slightly better as of late for cash games. Tough to say for sure.

edit: actually got the shove in right in time. After having the table frozen for like a min, it came back with the make it rain animation.

I have always been the one to roll my eyes when the site has changes and everyone screams "unplayable!" or there are bigger than normal lag issues and everyone screams "unplayable!"...

...but this time it's real. I mean the site is truly approaching an unplayable level. It brings me sads.

I called Ignition customer support and the guy acknowledged they are having issues on their end and are working hard to fix them. It is the first time in the last couple weeks they admitted the issue was on their end. Hopefully, they can get this fixed asap.
