I got through 2 full 4-game sessions, one small instance of 20-second freeze. So weird, the inconsistency in the lag/freeze.

having a problem loading more than one cash table which is wonky lol one table is running okay while the other one is loading until 99% then restarting fml

I have called customer support and they told me other people aren't reporting these lag/disconnect/table freezing issues. It makes me wonder how many of you guys reporting these issues in this thread are actually calling customer support and complaining about the issue. EVERYONE that is having these issues need to call customer support and complain to make sure they know this needs to be fixed ASAP. Their customer support # is 1-855-370-0600.

Hmm what's more likely no one saying anything to them and only complaining in this thread or them BSing their customers and not wanting to admit they have a problem.

Agreed, although there seems to be variation in how bad the lag/freezes are. I'm wondering if in addition to software issues, there are some settings or other changes that are worsening gameplay for some.

I've called and so have a lot of other people. They always claim that no one has reported an issue. They tried to claim that I was the only one on my table experiencing disconnects and lag even though I was watching other people disconnect while on the phone with them. It's just the line they give to avoid reimbursing you.

I think it's most likely that they are lying through their teeth that no one has reported an issue (I've gotten similar responses to e-mail) and some people just whine here without actually doing something that matters. It appears whining is hobby for some people.

It's not 'whining' assuming you have legitimate concerns and they are failing to execute their services properly. For some reason you can't seem to acknowledge the difference between baseless claims and legitimate grievances with this company. Assuming it hasn't cost you as much money as it has cost the rest of us.

For some reason you don't comprehend the difference between directing complaints to Ignition where they belong, and constantly repeating the same thing in this forum.

The new update sucks. Epically. I directed my concerns to Ignition. I don't feel the need to chime in with "me too! I hate it too!" ad nauseum.

I tried logging on for the first time in maybe 3 days and wasnt even able to load up my lobby. First thing I did was come here and I guess everybody is having problems in some capacity or another.
