Gonna go on a huge limb here and say the results will be favourable.

What levels?

This is pretty unethical btw. I don't understand why you are bragging about it. For heads up matches I guess the first BB should be randomized.

I'd like to write an open letter to Ignition:

Dear Ignition,

It never ceases to amaze me the poor quality of service that this poker room provides. In addition to the large rake raises late last year, and poor quality of the software. I wanted to say that I am completely and utterly disappointed with your product. By choice I am forced to continue to use it, but the stronghold that you have on the American market is going to be susceptible to loss of marketshare as long as you continue to provide such a lackluster product. In the last 12 months I have had:

Money disappear out of my account and not return (was only partially refunded as the support was completely and totally incompetent)

My winrate reduced by some of the largest rake in the industry

Ridiculous lag issues that have never been fully solved, even when implementing the tips and tricks presented in this thread. This has absolutely cost me even more money.

Random timeouts and disconnects that absolutely did not originate from my ISP.

Anyone of these issues is a big ****ing deal and should be correctly swiftly and effectively, yet your site has either glossed over these problems or denied them. These things don't go unnoticed and you have built no brand loyalty with me even after playing with you for over a year. The first chance I have I am going to jump ship. I implore you to take a second look at your procedures and practices. Work to fix the lag, work to fix the disconnections, please if nothing more than for purely selfish reasons work to build a stronger relationship with your customer base. The chickens will come to roost one day and you will regret having not built up more goodwill.

That email will do nothing.

You have to remember that bodog/ignition is the fairest place to play poker online.

There's even an email and phone number to call if you disagree.

Cool story guys

You guys do realize that the point of writing an open letter is not necessarily to get them to read it? It serves other purposes.

I'm sure this is covered somewhere else in the thread so I apologize for that.

I'm currently living in Maryland which according to Google ignition doesn't allow players to register an account from. I already have an ignition account tied to my Connecticut address. Will I have any issues depositing or playing while in MD?

Still down...coming up on 9:00est...we'll see.
God,i hate Bovada. And wish we could access Stars again. Alas,in this country,we will be lucky to access anything after Trump and friends get done.

And i feel whoever it was said they've been playing live lately because of the issues on Bovada...I've made like 7 or 8 trips to Jacksonville,Fl since Black Friday...always with the intention of moving there.
Three, four, maybe 5 months of "live" poker cured me of that.
Nope. Live ain't the way to go either.
I guess if you live in the "Freest Country on Earth"....you ain't going to be free to play poker.
Just sayin
And it's after 9 eastern and Bobi**h is still down. I love my country,it's the government that gets on my nerves.

Bovada is the absolute definition of a total POS site and business. If it wasn't for the US Government's meddling in on-line poker, this waste of internet space would have long ago been consigned to history's dustbin.

Still can't log in. This has got to be the biggest POS web site in the history of e-commerce. And the potential they are leaving on the table,so-to-speak,is incalculable.
What a joke we have to put up with.

Now that I have a break during this conference I'm at, I can give you a better response. You whine and cry about Ignition being down. You whjne and cry some more saying it's the only option for Americans. Whine whine whine, cry cry cry.

Truth be told there are several other options for Americans. I offered one of those options. It's okay to have bankrolls on more than one site.

You're just a whiner that isn't happy unless you're whining. Break time over. Back to the conference.

In an effort to make yourself seem important, you actually did the opposite.

1. your "conference" isnt that important given the fact youve spent most of your time on the phone here being a prick.

2. If the conference is important, then it isnt because of you. As i said in point #1, you are spending your time online rather than being productive lol.

log off and get some fresh air.
