The Ignition ledger sheet on their website, i.e. "Transactions" (Table Buy Ins, Table Cash Outs, etc) has bugs. However the itemized accounts in the Ignition client (the software used to play poker) is perfectly accurate. It follows a different format than the ledger on their webpage. It just states how much you have won or lost at each table you join. And it's always accurate. But on their website goofy things happen under "Transactions". There were two Cash Outs missing the other day. And yesterday there was a $0 Cash Out at a table I never joined lol. I joined 4 tables that session. After reviewing the ledger sheet afterward it showed the 4 tables I joined, but according to them I cashed out of FIVE tables! LOL It didn't affect the balance as that mystery 5th table showed a $0 Cash Out, but still. They've got bugs!

They credited my account the exact amount missing today after I emailed them last night about it. Not a lot of money involved, but the email stated that they issued a "cash bonus refund" -- not sure how they can consider this a "bonus" as I had to complain to get it taken care of and it was money that was incorrectly removed from the account due to their POS software. Again I wonder how much money overall will end up never getting credited to accounts due to this issue. Even though I doubt there was anything malicious from Ignition to cause the issue the way they have handled it is beyond terrible.

Anyone have any advice on this random crashing/shut down out of nowhere? It's so frustrating and potentially could be very costly some day if it happens at the wrong time. I don't see how it could be my computer causing it, but maybe it is? I know others have had the same issue though, and it didn't happen in a long time and now it's happened like 4 times in the last 3 days.

What specifically happens? What games are you playing and what 3rd party software do you use?

I've been having some random crashes the past week also. Typically happens when a tournament window tries to open/launch, or sometime if I simply click an action button. Seems to happen once or twice a night for me. Over the years I've gone through phases where the site would crash multiple times a night for months, then I'd go months with almost zero crashes.

Variance.......

It happens regardless, but for me it definitely happens less often with backup connections, as well as less often when I have a solid antivirus.

Same here. Had the client crash in the middle of a 3bet pot in 200z. I spoke with CS who said they have never had an issue reported like this and that it was my lagging internet connection. I tried to explain that it had nothing to do with my internet and the client crashed. They then tried to justify not paying me by telling me the opponents hand and that he out drew me so they actually saved me money. Lol...

Lol...never had an issue? I'm not sure if there's a person in this thread who hasn't complained about crashes. Too funny.

Got them on the phone again today and they walked me through transactions and refunded the money that was debited but not credited back. Customer service reps have been very friendly though I was a bit disturbed I had to ask them about this three times (and the first time I was told they were working on it, not sure I ever would have recieved funds if I hadn't called them back today).

On a separate note, is there no auto top off? That is annoying as f. I'm about shocked at how clunky/laggy/out of date the software is considering FT/PS circa 2007 was much much better and we've had ten years of programming improvement in that timespan.

that is a great idea about the auto top off. You should suggest that to them imo

Does anybody know of any similar sites to bodog that have at least some traffic at FR during north american nighttime/early morning hours(midnight-9am)? My sleep schedule goes around the clock so I need somewhere that I can add a couple tables of FR between 25-200nl

I wonder how much ignition is pocketing off the non 2+2 poker forum types that just chalk it up, uhh maybe my internet, or i guess i just lost this money. It seems this happens so often that iginiton is probably making a nice chunk off the unwilling to fight for hour and multiple calls to get what was theres to start with. I mean this kind of stuff seems to be a nightly thing from the posts in this thread

I got credited my missing 4 figure funds from the other night twice. I had sent an email and called. Already made successful cashout. Thanks Ignition for the free money.

Yeah the complete client crashes out of nowhere are pretty frustrating and have gotten worse in the last year. I do run card catcher and PT4 which could make it worse. Not sure. It doesn't happen nearly as often on my desk top running like 6 dual core processors and 64gb of ram.

No 3rd party software lately. It just closes and a little pop up says the software had an error and shut down. I'm playing midstakes cash. Sometimes with a tournament or two. It's only cost me a biggish pot once luckily, but it's so frustrating and the site is so incompetent lol.

I'm completely unable to connect to Ignition right now...anyone else? I assumed they'd have a lot of traffic with the SB, but don't know if this is related.

Hey^^

So is the account_bug (that amounts do not get correctly transferred back after you leave a table) within now resolved or is it still an ongoing issue?

i get the point, the issue i have is that there are a lot of better/more appropriate ways to make it than with a stereotype about a marginalized group of people. in a hypothetical real life situation where he can make the same point about "undeserving people demanding praise" or whatever in front of a group of black people, i ****ing bet you he goes about it a different way.

did he mean any harm by it? probably not, but words mean things regardless, and racism doesn't have to be intentional. i'm not about to sit around and normalize casual racism in trump's new murica and i'll speak out against it when i see it. if you got a problem with that, then **** you too
