Can you still read the action and tell who won and had what hand?

I can still see the hole cards and read the action for the hand, but I'm not sure if it's correct, since I'm looking at hands that are at least a day old.

If anyone's HHs are so that they can't read the action or see the hole cards, please post. That would be a major concern. From looking at my HHs, it looks like there's some extra text in there thats throwing off the hand converter. The hands not being converted correctly sucks, but it's not a real concern.

I just downloaded a batch of hh's and all of them are a repeat of the first hand in the session. The same is true if you "Open hand history" from the client. If you "show hands" from the game transactions, all the hands of the session are there. Has anyone reported this specific problem to Ignition?

not yet it seems better tonite tho.I have been staying on st n got or scheduled tourneys not both at the same time not sure if thats what makes it better but its better

Email sent to Ignition about the HH problem as I've still been experiencing it. They told me to check in frequently for updates so I plan on keep letting them know what **** software they have...

I have the SP3 & the SP4. I would not recommend getting the SP4... I constantly have issues with the 4.
I like the Surface a lot but for some reason the lobby doesn't scale properly and it is almost impossible to read the games and such. Once you open a table its fine.

Happened to me two days ago as well. Go back 100 or so posts and you'll see a hilariously incompetent e-mail exchange between a poster and Ignition "support" wrt this issue.

The software folded my hand UTG right after it was dealt to me, LOL. That's a new one. I'm not talking about an instance where it's lagging and then you see your hands foldbefore being seated out.

Came to see how the last couple months and how the player pools ended up working out. Seems bad. You would be proud Isolated, I actually quit Bovada 2 months ago.

I play on my surface 3 sometimes. Have had some crashes while running table tamer. You can lower the res if the tables/lobby is too small

The Lag and software problems are getting better. It's still not perfect, but IMHO things are way better than 2 months ago.

The player pool at 200nl still seems pretty healthy. I guess if you consider that it's football season the games aren't what I remember from this time last year, but I think that's just poker. Been grinding mostly 50nl this last week and the games down here have been great. It does sound like the MTT pool has taken a hit though.

My point is that this switch to ignition hasn't been the Bovadageddon that lots of us thought it would be to the player pool, and the software seems to be getting better, albeit slowly.

Speaking of bugs, I'm fairly sure that twice recently when checked to on the river my hand was automatically and instantly checked back. Anyone else experienced this?

I got an email from ignition this morning... saying they refunded me for a few sngs , because a few players were colluding vs me in mid or high stakes sngs

First of all... I can usually spot that out.. I didn't ..

2nd .. they must even suck at colluding beacause my roi is crazy high ..

3rd .. mad props to ignition for actively weeding out colluders

With all the bad vibes vs ignition, thought I'd post a positive one

believe i mentioned this before i call it the "phantom fold"

everything is normal table doesnt seem behind and then bloop ur hand is gone
