Sometimes when I disconnect from my monitor the tables I'm playing go into the void, not reachable in anyway on lappy, until I plug back into external and they appear again.

So, I dunno what's happening in these situations, but it seems like WIN10 video gets temporarily confused at times with Bovada.

Whenever I convert hands and have the "enable known cards" feature checked, the hands won't import into my hm2. But, when I have the box unchecked they import fine. Is there any easy way to fix this? I would obviously like to see everyone's hands after 24hrs.

There is a converter thread in the software section.

Downgrade HM2, I forget the version but its in the thread.

Is bovada cashing out checks slower than normal before i could 4-5 checks per month last 2 months only able to get 2 per month....

EXACTLY. When you call in to complain, they respond the same way every time: "The disconnection was on your end not ours." they then read from a script about how their software is perfect and your internet connection is to blame. i get disconnected frequently on the turn or river of a big hand in O8 limit 30/60 and ive called in 8 times about disconnects where i was in big hand - only once did they give me anything back and the hand they did i had NUT NUT on turn and pot was nearly $900....ridiculous

Really bad spot. Aiya.

FWIW it seems that the on-going connection problems happen to a group of people, and there are a bunch of us that never experience anything. I don't think I had a connection issue with Bodog this past year.

Anybody have visa fast funds, then have their card expire, be replaced, and then they decided to make the card not eligible anymore? I had it, my visa expired, got replaced, and they auto sent me a check when i cashed out. I called and the woman said I had to deposit with the card for it to work with fast funds. So I did that, then cashed out again next month, and they said it was still invalid. Called support, and they gave me some bs about me not "depositing enough" with the new card, and it was at their discretion as to whether they'd give me visa fast funds again. WTF. My bank rapes me for 25 for foreign checks which is why I actually care about it.

Yes, many players have had VFF removed as a withdraw option recently. It seems somewhat likely that more people were using it than they were comfortable with so they've been capping it the last few months. See the Bovada withdraw thread for examples.

Also FWIW, a lot of banks dont charge fees for foreign checks. You can open an account at one of those banks to avoid the $25 fee your bank charges.

Does Zone go down regularly with no tables showing or is this on my end?
How long does it take before HHs are available to download? Been over a day & they're still not showing felt it used to be only an hour when I played here before.
Is there a way to deposit other then Visa? Got a Netspend card to deposit with but only lets me put on like 700 a week. Will be quicker to just run it up @ that rate.

When I navigate to Hand History >> Game Transactions and click "open HH file" (for a file that has already been downloaded) nothing happens, the page simply refreshes. The txt file should (used to) pop up. Are others experiencing the same?

On a side note, does anyone know what the column "No" (number) on the same page means, next to date and time? It doesn't seem to bear any relevance to anything, as all of my Zone histories are labeled 685 and 661 under this heading. Is this a useful identifier of something? It's obviously not "number of hands played in session."
