These threads are filled with horror stories from people doing similar things like that. Use your account on your computer only. Anything else is just asking for trouble.

Yea, I agree. Send them an e-mail. They need to fix the blind levels for the matches after the 1st one tho. They had 35/70 & 55/110 blinds WTF I don't want waste that much energy trying to figure out 2.5x for a 70/110 bb.

I want to make my first withdraw from Bovada. I deposited using my visa debit card. I can just use the fast visa fund withdraw right? Do I need to provide them with any more info? Has anyone on here done this recently and have any issues/tips etc? Thanks

From what I have read there it seems like most people love it. It won't work with a prepaid card though, even if you have the option in your payout tab.

Never said no one was winning, I simply said I have struggled (despite players being insane bad) and all the players I know from online, none play bovada/none win on bovada. I used to play 1k-2knl online for a living- have several friends from those days. My game isn't nearly as sharp as it once was as I quit playing for a couple years but bovada has been unreal to me in the time I have played on there. I couldn't run worse overall I don't think. There was nothing egotistical about my question though, I simply do not KNOW anyone personally beating bovada other than the one friend who was unable to beat any other site (outside of FTP) and he plays without BRM and just jumps stakes through his heaters.

I think my question was valid and thank you for any trolling/ answers trying to be funny or cool There were a few good responses and I truly thank those for that.

I do believe the variance is through the roof however in the 1-2knl games on Bovada. I think this is due to agression being at an all time high, not just from the regs, but the donks at these levels are getting better I.E calling less and turning hands into bluffs more, I just dont get called down nearly like i use to. Also, you have less information to make your decisions so this can translate into more mistakes.

I've had the sickest swings ive ever seen in my life on bovada at these stakes. i've had 60-70BI swings in both directions in short(ish) periods of time, a few years ago i didnt even think this was all that possible.

One thing is for sure, games do not play like 2011 any more. Variance is higher than ever JM2C.

Are you non-U.S.? The only reason I play Bovada is because I'm U.S. and options are limited... Not because it's softer. Any viable Non-U.S. player is on Stars now.

As much as its soft at lower stakes 1k-2k is still 1k-2k.. If you were "ok" 4 years ago then you are completely outclassed as a lot of very good international regs are playing as fishes to get action on and also a lot of decent guys have moved to the US just to play on there. the 1k-2k have more whales and fishes than other sites but they're also harder to find with the tables disappearing, no waitlist, no nicknames.

1k is softer on merge though and you might want to try and play lower. 3/6 & - is still similar to live poker.

Merge doesn't have $1knl, the highest level is $600nl. Unless they just recently (within like last 30 days) added them.

I have to give it to MX210.
I opened Bovada client and found a ton of active 1000NL 6max games tables full.
I was going from all my training sites having ZERO Pros on Bovada and all the Pros on Stars.

1.) I did not lie I very clearly said unless they added them within like the last 30 days - I just threw 30 days out there as it has been 3 or 4 months since I bothered opening up a merge client. Apparently they did add them, but obviously this is relatively new. so fyp.

2.) Instead of being an *** you could have said, yes they have recently added them.

3.) This is a Bovada thread anyways, I see no need for me to have to open a merge client (when I made it obvious it was a possibility they added them, though I doubted it seeing as how they are having some issues atm). Have a nice night.

it's pretty pathetic bovada still hasn't fixed their mac client problems after 1 year+. No one with a mac should even bother with this site, it will randomly shut down and force a restart to work again at least once per session, if not hour. Fixing this problem is obviously not a priority for their team.

EDIT found this supposed fix on this forum. Hope this can work for you mac users too. Besides this problem have had no issues with this site.

Have you tried running it on a Virtual Machine with Windows 7? You don't need much resources to run the software.
