I just ask because I don't know if I should talk to bovada beforehand. He is 18 years old so his bills and such are all in my name and I don't know what bovada would think if he tries to cashout/deposit. He also lives at home currently (he's in college) so his address is the same.
Yes, you should talk to bovada beforehand. Their ToS explicitly state one account per household. There are two options (if you don't want to break ToS):
1) You can add him as an authorized user on your account. He's not allowed to change any account details, but he is allowed to play. You have to call them to get this set up.
2) You can call Bovada and ask them for permission for him to open an account. It's technically against ToS to do it without their permission, but you may be able to call and get it.
