Subject: Terms of Service Question: 6.3. No Player Assistance Programs
"We define EPA Programs as including computer software and non-software-based databases or profiles (e.g., web sites and subscription services) and we consider access to or the ability to gather data or information on other players by any means that would not be accessible via their own first-hand experience (i.e. observation of game play) to be "unfair""
Is it okay to use a program I wrote to keep track of the number of hands people play and how much they raise etc if I only gather information during session stats against the anonymous players that I observe as I play with them on the table? The software is simple it just keeps track of some basic poker statistics. Is it okay to use because it only keeps track of data that is accessible to me via my own first hand experience. Thanks!
