But idk that might not even be true. Hands also play slower than other sites so that doesn't help the feeling of how long a run is lasting.
True and true.

So was there every any kind of response to the collusion allegations coming out? Or did Ignition just ignore that completely?

The latter, ignored.

Weird... I updated my address earlier today, and since then my login doesn't work on the Ignition app or website even though I am 100% sure I was entering the correct info. I tried doing a password reset, but it doesn't send me anything via email... checked spam folders and such. I emailed them, and I got an auto-reply saying they could send me a password reset email after verifying my details. Hopefully this gets resolved soon.

I genuinely don't understand why some people say "maybe" or "there could be bots/colluders". Do you guys believe Jungleman, Berkey, Matt Marinelli, Mobiuspoker, LuckyChewy etc would just make all of this up? Mobius has analyzed more hands of poker than everyone else in the entire world when it comes to statistics, and his main focus have been these games where his students have according to himself and his brother made more than $15m if I remember correctly.

Dude wasn't saying maybe about the bots, he was saying it about inspectorgadget's dismissal of the RNG-is-rigged clowns.

Well, I am a complete idiot lol. When I updated my address, I used the auto-fill feature in Google Chrome. I failed to realize that I not only updated my address, but my email as well.

This morning, I noticed that I got an email from Ignition in my non-poker email. I tried logging in using this email, and boom! I am in! So I was never locked out in the first place lol.

Good luck being less of a dumbass than me this weekend

Just to play devils advocate... some of the best chess players in the world are completely deranged in their allegations of cheating online. We poker players could be becoming deranged ourselves. The mere existence of tools like GTO-Wizard and various bot software available all over the internet + the recent AI revolution has made us all hyperaware and our thresholds are mega hair thin for what will make us think there is cheating going on. But the thing is, money is involved! So we can't be too ****ing careful.

It's all about game selection now if you want to survive as a professional poker player. You need to be on EVERY site possible at all times looking for games and be extremely ****ing cautious.

Or just go play live.

Unless you got a 3rd party sign up RB no.

if you freshly deposit $100 a week you get some sort of points that are reflective of a bonus/RB. You get points from raking that can be traded for stuff but not direct cash in your account. P.S. this may be out of date!

Incredibly infested, there is guys like Matthew Marinelli who have documented that he won over a million with 9bb/100 has stopped playing there completely and go on podcast talking about it. I think it's hard to argue against him being #1 player in the us when it comes to 6max NL online. So for anyone that doesn't get it by now, the site is dead and only occupied by bots, regs that are losing but haven't realised it yet and a couple of recreationals.

What wr do we think is possible at the 200z?

Had a ~75k hand sample where I only won at roughly 1.8bb/100, switched computers, and won a 9.7bb/100 over a ~43k hand sample, both within the past two years. Since this seems to be a game with much fewer concerns about collusion/bottery, compared to the higher stakes games (with exception of the near-permanent minraise SB BvB likely bot), I'm wondering if it's a more lucrative game than, say, 6-tabling 200-1k on Global. I like the tables, use of Jurojin, etc. on Iggy more than Global, but I also kinda miss playing games for which I'm not way over-rolled (as I've been scared away from all the normal tables and 500z except for when it gets a minimum of 15 accounts playing).

Also wondering about the MTTs. They certainly seemed soft, and I beat them comfortably, but it's been months since I've played them, and they could currently be rife with collusion-y stuff, as far as I know. How're they doing?

I don't want to play stupid live poker for more than just an occasional change of pace. Holla back.

Meh. They used to not only respond but also refund. Now they've straight up ignored my every email, I haven't had a refund in well over 2 years and the colluding has been more obvious than ever. I should leave but despite all of this I am still winning.

I can assure you I went through long enough stretches of getting absolutely no action whatsoever with my big hands that I did not find it to be specifically going out of its way to give other people big hands haha

For what it's worth over my time on ignition my standard deviation is like 100 at 6max which I believe is right in line with what it's supposed to be (maybe a bit lower because I'm a nit or whatever) but if it were constantly coolering me and other people with setup hands it would be way higher

For those who wish to continue to engage with jungmit, you will find many of his latest posts moved to the "Rigged" debate thread in DPS.

I think that's around the upper end of normal, I think if a site were genuinely just having people cooler each other for stacks way more than normal it would be a lot higher

How does std deviation work in poker?

I just added it to my HM3 and it has me at 66 for the year over 200K hands for all in EV BB adj/100 vs population but I can't wrap my head around what that would describe

That truth crushed my soul.

I used to convince myself Iggy was the "safest" site from bots due to the table caps, but when you factor in that one bot operator could have 100 accounts that thought changes.
