Has anyone here been a part of a routine investigation before? My account has been disabled for a month with no result yet. How long do these investigations last??

The investigations last forever. Mine took around three months last year. Uncertainty, countless calls, unhelpful live chats, you name it. Eventually, I was able to withdraw all my funds after they verified my identity and made sure that it was indeed me playing by asking some poker related questions. Gl guys

With all these accounts being disabled and Ignition holding on to the money, I'm beginning to think something's up. My account has been disabled for five days simply because I reported that while I was playing I got a pop-up saying somebody else was logging in to my account from a different location. I notified Ignition, and I changed my password. Why would that result in my account getting suspended? Is there not an Ignition rep who monitors this forum?

Yes, I did violate their TOS by logging in from outside of the US while I was on vacation. I did not know that this was prohibited as I had no issues accessing the platform. In such cases, they want to make sure that you are not sharing your account with somebody else (possibly other pros).

Somehow got disconnected from Bovada and now it won't let me sign back in the zone games. Money not showing up in my account, I can play other limits but not the one I was playing.

Any suggestions?

I am also having trouble joining 50 Zone tables. When I try to join, the lobby briefly freezes and then I get an "unable to process your request at this time" error message.

Hopefully they fix this soon. Having their most profitable games unavailable at prime time on a Friday night has to be costing them a fortune.

It looks to me like the Zone lobby might be frozen. The 500 Zone games just says 11 players all the time instead of bouncing around like normal.

I get the same exact thing that you're getting.

This happened to the 200 Zone games last year. I think they were down for a couple days. And some of the people who were in the games when they froze got this glitch where they couldn't have 4 tables open at the same time anymore and had to spend a week trying to get support to help them. Some of them also had trouble recovering their buy-ins from the frozen games. Hopefully this isn't the case this time.

I still can't play 50 Zone.

If you are having an issue opening any cash table (NL50 seems to be the main problem) please file a report to the bovada live chat. They are not getting enough reports of people having problems.

Oh, and I forgot to mention that the 25 Zone tables are working fine for the past 2 hours for me. They seem somewhat reg infested though since all the 50 Zone regs are there lol.

Over 24 hours and it doesn't seem that this issue has been fixed. I'm still not able to join a 50nl zone game. Talked to support earlier today and they said they would escalate it.

When the 200 Zone games did this last year, they had to briefly take the site down and reset the servers to fix it. My guess is that they wait until early Monday morning when the games are pretty dead to take care of it.

Jurojin doesn't seem to be working - only the table tiling is working right now but hotkeys or auto time bank are not. I posted in the Jurojin forum but it doesn't seem like I'll get a response there.
