You left the account dormant for a few years? I can agree their customer support sucks a** and I hope you get your account back but ultimately it’s your fault. Blame yourself as much as you blame them

I left my ACR account dormant for a few years and it wasn't shut down.

Nagy said he would never shut anyones account down for being dormant. Every site has dormant accounts listed in their TOS. If you can’t log in once every few months I don’t know what to tell you. Maybe a coma or jail time I would understand lol. Sites aren’t there to be your piggy bank. They are in the business of profit. They want you to play

So after not having played on stars for a few years, I recently decided to start again. I always left some money on my account because I'd start and stop every so often and I figured stars was trustworthy. This time it had been about 5 years since I last played.

Anyway, I tried to log on and got an account frozen message. After some e-mailing they told me this

Every online poker site has their own unique dormant account rules.

I remember about 10 years ago, I don't know if the policy is still being used, PartyPoker/EmpirePoker would start charging your account after 180 days of inactivity. They would charge $5 a month and obviously after enough time past, they could clear out an account at $60 a year, $600 every 10 years.

I want to make a deposit on Bodog but it hasnt asked me to verify my account where its supposed to. I want to make sure I can withdraw before I deposit. Has anyone else not been asked for documents and been able to withdraw?0

It sounds like you are correctly trying to cover your butt before making a large first time deposit for a bonus, for example. I personally like using email and keeping the email forever. Bodog email appears to be bodog.eu therefore email them if you haven't already asking where to send docs. And when you email them the docs ask them to send you an email saying they have received your docs. Keep that email forever.

I read a few pages back in this thread and noted others having issues verifying documents when not asked. I might just deposit on Stars instead and save myself the potential hassle of not being able to withdraw.

twice today a game disconnected (SNG) and then I couldn't get back in. It wasn't viewable in the lobby, restarting client did nothing and I just blinded out. Software is not great today.

Can any regs recommend a reliable poker HUD tracker software for ignition & ACR MTTs only? Does drive HUD have any reoccurring or lingering issues? I'm at my last wits here using ICC/PT4 and looking for a change. Thanks

Is there a fix for when the lobby closes automatically and then when you log back in it says your password is incorrect? I have to restart my PC every time to get back in, pretty annoying.

Has anyone every hand bonus funds disappear/miscalculate while playing?

Poker account $0. Playing casino to clear bonus. Thought I was breaking even. Look up and I’m down $1700. Stop. Email suooort.

Looking through the casino blackjack logs today their math doesn’t add up. According to the logs I lost (165 x 50) = $8250. I won (55 x 100) = $5500. ($8250 - $5500) = -$2750

Something is really off. Anyone else have this experience before?

Actually on second count that (165 x $50) = $8250 and (55 x $50) = $2750

$8250 - $2750 = -$5500. Still the logged math does not add up correctly as I’m registered as -$1675 for the session.

Also in 200 hands there was only one case of me winning back to back hands which I know isn’t true. Not sure what happened but I was down a few $hundred and ~ break even then all of a sudden down way too much.

Looking at log history time stamps there aren’t any major gaps. Played pretty consistently. Multiple hands a minute. But there just aren’t very many winning hands logged. So confused.

I don't know what to tell you about bonus totals so far. But if you continue playing the casino bonus, then video record everything going forward. Most computers have XBox software included and it has a video record feature. Press WINDOWS LOGO KEY+G to bring it up. Record where the bonus countdown and balance now stand and play slow enough to be able to rewatch the video and be able to count how much money was won or lost.

Also I don't know how the casino log shows blackjack, but there should be blackjacks, doubles and splits that shift how much was bet, how much was won, how much was lost and how much was pushed on a hand, therefore just multiplying by $50 on each hand sounds wrong, but like I said I don't know how the casino blackjack log works. If it is a long log maybe you could copy and paste it into a spreadsheet. Google sheets is free.

This has already happened to me and they will just tell you it’s an isolated incident. Under no circumstance will they admit fault for anything. Pretty much every site I play on has mediocre customers service but ignition/bovada is the all time worst ever. Their policy of blaming customers has to be the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen though it probably does save them 100k+ per year by never admitting fault and pocketing money when issues arise. I think I’ve actually seen them admit fault twice in my lifetime of playing there and that’s when the entire site goes down and they have no choice. Even if you get lucky enough to get a refund they will tell you “we are making a one time exception” lol. It’s really piss poor

In the logs a loss registers as -$50 and a win registers as +$100 or $125 or +$200 depending on if it’s normal, blackjack or double downed.

I added up all the wins and got to ~$5000. My losses added up to ~$8000. The logs say I lost $~$1700 so none of the math adds up.

Its even further off since a win of $100 is really only half of that since it’s counting the initial bet placed + the win. Meaning by the actual log count I lost $5500 net, yet was only credited with a $1700 loss.

If the logs added up correctly I’d chalk it up to my not paying attention. But for them to be so far off by their own count I don’t understand what happened. There were several times I disconnected. It was an hour session. With 10 minutes left I was near even. With 5 minutes left I was suddenly down the final amount

Maybe each game resisters as a "-$50" and for the games you win, you'll also see a "+$100". That would also explain the lack of apparent back-to-back wins with your interpretation.

Perhaps you also had a $1,000 casino bonus that could then account for the discrepancy between -$2,750 and -$1,750?

Yeah, this has been happening for years and shows no signs of improving. Only way to mitigate the problem is to keep the main lobby visible and check in on it regularly.

So I just won 35k and went to request a bitcoin payout and the cell was a old number I can't access anymore. Hours on live chat no response . Anyone know what I can do to get ahold of Someone?

Also matchplay isn't listed as a deposit or payout option howmcan I get it added some can get ,only off..
