Last 3 days? It’s everyday for 6 months now. The best is when you contact support they tell you nothing they can do about and that you need to fix your internet.

Extremely laggy right now, I'm borderline timing out. I'm sure it's not ignition though, it's all of us like usual..

For some reason from my phone there wasn't any lag at all. I was using the browser from my pc since their software i downloaded is always a hit or miss. Constantly always having issues.

It happened twice this week. I honestly am starting to believe they are skimming. The first time I went on chat with them and the first thing they said was "Unfortunately we are not going to be able to return your money...". They knew it was not from a frozen hand but my table bankroll. They first offered a free tournament ticket for my trouble... I informed them I would seek legal assistance because I consider it a theft and potential skimming. They put me on hold and then came back and returned a little more than disappeared, and a SNG ticket.

It occurred today again, maybe $40 lost on a table but this time they refused to return the money. I informed them that I videotaped the chat and will call the online gaming commission and appropriate authorities because skimming is what the mafia does.

I think people should videotape their play and when it occurs a screenshot of their account and time. Then start reporting it as theft. I never got my money back and can't see it as anything but skimming. They obviously are the ones who kept my money.

And off topic, anyone who doesn't think there is certainly considerable collusion going on...well when I resided in Europe I knew two teams. One guy converted a call center in Las Palmas (for cash games) and the other was a slime ball in the Netherlands doing it with tournaments. The guy in NL spent lots on money on friends for travel and techno parties in Ibiza and funny thing is they called themselves "Techno hippies". There is nothing "hippy" about that. last I spoke with the German team (set up in Las Palmas), he was going to open a poker site himself so he could take advantage.

I tried to turn in the Dutch team to Poker Stars and said I had many of their email addresses (long story but I was able to snatch up their mailing list). Poker stars didn't care to pursue it. That should be an eye-opener for anyone playing online.

Again, a one post wonder. The lag and disconnects are due to DDOS and other attacks. There were some other forums (not poker related) that were attacked over the weekend.

If you have problems with support, then use the forums. Bovada has one, Ignition has one. The mods can look into accounts, and help refund any missing monies. Period.

If you come in with rigged rants, they won't delete, but you probably won't get suitable help (since the rigged thing is not a thing - or skimming - and non existence leads to non fixing).

Do you have any citation about this DDOS?

Not defending the guy you're responding to, but Bovada/Ignition forums are a joke. Only threads there are about bad beats. Bovada doesn't even have a poker category. Supposedly, reinstall fixes client issues

The lags/disconnects/table freezing's have been happening for over 6 months now.
In the summer Bodog support seemed to care a bit from my experience, I'll admit I got some refunds, but now they just DGAF.
A few weeks ago they claimed the disconnects were due to our ISP after several weeks of research, which is obvious bs.
Ultimately I think were just going to have to live with it for the foreseeable future, which obviously sucks, but just a cost of doing business.
Why do they refuse to fix the problem? IDK, probably just they are lazy, I doubt they are "skimming as per random guy above though".

I have been a regular player on Bovada/Ignition for many years now, including the "last 6 months" people keep citing.

I never had a big disconnect issue. Sure, it would happen every so often, but I'd chalk up any lost money to the equivalent I would gain when opponents disconnected. So overall I was breaking about even on disconnects, and it wasn't a big deal.

However, during the past 2 weeks or so, the disconnects/freezes have been awwwwwwwful. Like, worse than I've ever had. It's also happening to multiple opponents at the same time (though not all of them), so it's not just my computer or internet.

Here's what it looks like when I have a freeze. There are no buttons, and no nobody has that 30 second action timer on them. Look at this wonderful spot for it:

It is rare that I can play for 20 miunutes without one happening. Most often it seems I get screwed out of a SB or BB I posted, but occasionally it's a spot like the above. Sometimes I'll recover in time, sometimes I won't.

In addition, sometimes I get the "We're not able to process your request at this time" popup, without any other issue occurring.

In any case, it does seem like they are experiencing big time routing issues over there. DDoS seems possible.

It is highly unlikely to be skimming. With Bovada/Ignition, it's generally correct to chalk up problems to incompetence/apathy rather than malice.

It has been happening to players on the Bodog version for over 6 months, seems like you Americans are finally getting the same issues on Bovada/Ignition.

Does the player transfer feature work well with Bovada?

Haven't done one before and just wondering if they go through instantly/if support ever require further documents/will the recipient have to wager before being able to withdraw?

TIA

If your a long time customer of their's I doubt they ask anything. I have sent money to friends before, but they were using it to play. If you were sending it to someone to cash out, I would have to imagine that would raise all sort of suspicions. Your question your asking I would avoid sounds shady to me, sounds like you want someone to withdraw the money for you.

disconnected 3/4 tables with following

QQ 4 bet pot
66 with a set

The only thing that keeps running is zone. How difficult is it to get stable hardware to support the client?

This site is a disaster. Getting booted out of SNG's with no option to re-enter through the lobby. Only fix is to close the entire client (blinding out on other tables while this is happening) and reopen. Constant "can't connect to server" issues. Not sure what is going on with the site but if any reps are here you really need to sort this out.
