I was playing like six tournaments tonight..

and the 55 dollar 25gtd one froze on me

the table froze on me ... then got blinded out cuz u dont notice when playhing six tables at a time.

It was not an internet lapse.. none of my other tables froze..

A few did later in the night while playing though but thankfully i noticed it and was able to x it out and get back to table before blinded out.

I"m on phone with support now and they can't see that I got blinded off cuz their software froze up on me.

IS ANYBODY ELSE HAVING THIS ISSUE OF A TABLE FREEZING WHILE PLAYING?

THIS IS A HUGE PROBLEM

and i been on phone with support for an hour now!!

they said will give me a refund on the tournament if they can see that i was blinded out and maybe their software IS FREEZING on people and then u don't realize this and then all your chips get blinded off.

I want to use a HUD (not that useful on bovad a i guess) and be able to track and analyze my own play


I play 90% PLO except for tournament/sng. Is there a program that would do both for me?

Prefer a free program for now and if there's something to just track/analyze my own play with no Hud that s cool

Also any calculators for plo would be cool I guess, if they're not illegal (you can pm me if you want, lol) (not holding my breath lol)

My table froze and did not reconnect. U know usually u get an internet lapse but the TABLE RECONNECTS RIGHT?
their tables have an issue where they just freeze on you then unless u notice all your money gets blinded off

I spent an hour talking to the stupid girls workiing there WHO COULD NOT FIGURE OUT THAT I WAS GETTING BLINDED OFF

GUYS THE SUPPORT THERE IS TERRIBLE ..THE GIRLS THAT TAKE THE PHONES COULD NOT EVEN FIGURE OUT THAT I WAS NOT PLAYING AND I WAS BLINDED OFF

Anyone having massive lag and timeout issues the past few days? Also having the 97-99% issue but I've accepted this over the past year or so

as you know.. the table should reconnect .. for example if there is an internet lapse.. IT SHOULD NOT JUST FREEZE

this is huge problem cuz if your playhing a bunch of tables u wont notice it and then lose ALL THE MONEY ON TABLE..

Also support is terrible.
They spent 45 mins reviewing the 25 gtd hand history and lied to me at first.
They said that i was playing the tourney even though for two hours in a row i folded everyh single hand!!

folks u cannot rely on support. the girls there do not know what they are doing

I've had this issue the past few days trying to play 25NL Zone. Found a psuedo-fix buried in this thread that helped.
Switching to the casino skin after launching the tables seems to do the trick. Not sure how much it helps with SNGs or MTTs, but perhaps worth a shot?

It is advertised but when I search the app store for "ignition poker" or "bovada poker" nothing relevant comes up.

Hmm, I see a couple that look like they were put there to steal your login info, but I couldn't find anything that was officially from Ignition. No link on their website either.

I guess there could be a 3rd party app with good intentions that won't steal your info, but I wouldn't try it to find out.

No, that's the legit way to play on mobile... use the browser on your phone and log in to Ignition's website.

The apps that you can download in the Google store are fake.
