I was able to get 1 cash game seat finally loaded, got excited and grabbed some items to prepare for my session. Now stuck at 99% load freezing again.

I haven't had a single issue with SNGs or MTTs all day.

I've complained (mainly because of the untimeliness), but for me, the lag/freeze has been maybe 1 minute every hour. So, bearable, but frustrating.

So, although it's clearly something we Ignition, perhaps there's something we can do in settings, something? No idea if true or not, but since there's variance in lag severity...

LMFAO at there most recent facebook post. Tell me someone else saw this. It reads "One of the best things about online poker is how smooth everything runs. The software counts the chips which saves you saves you a ton of time and allow you to be dealt about 100 hands an hour".....

Are they that ****ing clueless to post this WHILE there software is currently down. Yea everything runs real smooth. More like 0 hands an hour.

It wouldn't surprise me if the answer were yes. For some reason some companies' marketing teams exist in their own little bubbles divorced from reality.

I just got off the phone with a rep. The rep was extremely polite and seemed that she did want to resolve the problem. But, she said that they had no other reports of tables not loading and that it was an isolated issue on my end. I responded by saying well why can I log on to zone tables but not anything else?

We did the usually run around re-install client, change DNS server, other stuff I knew had nothing to do with it. I was in a HU SNG at the beginning of the call, which wasn't loading, then it loaded finally when I had like <800 chips left. So the other player was able to load his end and steal all my chips. I don't know what is going on with their site and I don't think they do either.

In this middle of writing this too I was finally able to load 1 single cash table. Can't load any more than 1 and most players at this table keep getting disconnected and lagging.

I can't get in SNG's or MTT's either, just Zone.

No problems with MTT today for me, but last night was really bad.

Any lag updates? I'm going to try a session now, start with a low 500-chip game to test. GUy on Facebook said lag issue is gone, fake news?

10 mintes in, so far so good lol in 2 sngs. One guy at table said he couldn't take seat.

Now 20 minutes in, 3 games, one instance of lag, but did then continue and finish the hand (lag for 30 sec or so).

All tables froze on me 30 minutes into the session. Had to restart each table by hand. This is getting too much I may stop playing until it's resolved. It hasn't cost me a huge pot yet but it's only a matter of time.

Well, Im at 35 minutes in, one minor incident only so far in 3 games (2 lagged for 30 sec). Guess can only be thankful for my good luck, although people at my tables also seem OK.

Wasn't able to join two tournaments I registered for. One I was eventually able to join, but only an hour later. Second one still can't join. I called in and after putting me on hold for 5 minutes, they told me I needed to call back after the tourney was over if I wanted a refund. Ugh.

As much as I hope so too, I'm worried they probably are. Over 24 hours for me and haven't heard anything yet. Not worried, but they probably are backlogged. Just sucks to see such a great place to play (software issues aside) probably lose a lot of recs due to all these issues.

Oh good, it came back long enough for me to see the hand play out in fast motion where I checked and folded, and then I saw like 20 more hands in fast motion before it DCed me lol

this exact thing happened to me ~2 days ago. was brutal

been playing 4 tables of cash for 30 minutes so far without an issue. Had to throw a condom on after 10 minutes because im pretty sure i was going to orgasm.

Lag just started really bad again for me and this time it was my ENTIRE table that was disconnecting also. I sent in the tournament ID. Every single person on the table was disconnecting off and on constantly I wanna see what they say about it being on my end this time.

In the nightly 25k. Dropped me for a bit, had to open and restart client. Got the game back and running. Only seems to be 3-4 people actually playing at my table.

Lol. Decide to try out cash games after not hearing any complaints for a while. After only 10 minutes into the session, lag out after 4betting and proceed to lose 25bb while sitting out the hand. ****ing bull****.
