Better? Seriously wanting feedback I assume the SB (and everything) was way too loose? Havn't played online since BF so getting used to games, I played significantly tighter at 50nl 6max pre BF but there seems to be a lot of value in stealing blinds in Zone where people "fold now" a range that includes a lot they should be defending with.

That's a good point. But to be fair I have been giving and receiving advice for various types of poker on here for the past ten years and you can usually sift through the total crap. I think I would have been better off just inquiring into how the zone games play in today's climate, I'm stealing very wide and want to make sure it's not ridiculous (which it looks like it is)

they dont want to. same reason its all anonymous and you can only play a max of 4 cash/sng tables....they cater to the amateur player and i like everything they got going on.....except the ****ty software.

yeah i dont think they give affiliate rake back deals or anything. also for US players the site is called "ignition" now.

I have a friend who'd like to start playing Ignition on a Mac:

Can anyone confirm my following speculations that I've gotten perusing the forum:
1. He should install Windows 10 on Bootcamp
2. This will allow him to run the poker client, poker softwares (equilab), and the bovada hand converter.
3. Pokertracker 4 has a Mac client that he can use.

So basically, he'd play Ignition through Bootcamp, convert his hands in bootcamp, and then switch back to mac os to import his converted hands.

Can anyone share their experience with clearing the first deposit bonus on ignition? I'm mulling over putting some money on and seeing how much of it I can clear playing zone poker. I read you have to do it in 30 days. Seems like clearing $500 plus would require a Herculean effort unless you're playing above your bankroll.

Have the games changed much since the switch off of bovada? I'm talking 25-100nl. Also were there significant rake hikes at these limits? Thought I read that once.

games are tougher now, rake is the same

Rake is actually higher than it was on Bovada I believe ($4 max rake instead of old $3)...not sure on the exact changes though, but nearly certain it is higher. Games are tougher based on my very limited sample.

They just announced they were raising the rake, I don't believe it was raised from Bovada to Ignition at first.

Correct, Ignition mAde the change a few months after they were Ignition. Just checked and rake is definitely higher than first few months of Ignition/Bovada.
