I think the problem with the other image was that if you look closely, the circle holes between the corners aren't even in the 1st and second row

Looks like you still have to tweak that a bit... The black cards look smooth though

Anyone else having trouble downloading HH's today?

To speed up the HH download you need to close the client. And when you open it like 15min later it is done downloading. Lol you can have it running and it will take like 6 hours sometimes .

Now that i can see it live on the tables, Il mess around with the sizes to make it fit.

Figured out the error with the cards too, they have to be 70px in height. Give me a few min Il upload new pic

So here are the steps to changing you cards for those who don't know how. This was thx to GrowthFactor and the original guy that made these designs.



Step 1 Download the img and save to desktop. And save it as card_4color http://i.imgur.com/kLT0E0u.png
Step 2 Open Your Bovada Folder > Resources > Images > GC > Card
Step 3 Delete the card_4color from the folder and drag the new design into it
Step 4 Right Click on the image, and go to properties and mark the "read only" box.

Thanks Bluff, new card fix looks great! PS You can have up to 4 custom backgrounds that you can easily change in the settings without having to go thru the process of read/writing

Awesome work, thanks! So much nicer on my eyes. I couldn't get it to work on my Mac side, but in Windows it works fine. Not sure what the difference is.

Also anyone else have Maverick on Mac and having issues with Bovada? Everytime I quit the program I have to force it to quit, and then Bovada will not reopen until I restart the computer. I looked through activity monitor but it does not show up there. On older mac os it works fine.

Same here... Just counted 27 games requested back to Sat. around 2pm..

Thought maybe they'd be there after 15 minutes or so but still no.. Come to think of it though I always close my client down at night & throughout the day so idk what the deal is here..

Ive had this problem in the past w them, it took them awhile to resolve the problem for me. Usually i log out for 10-15mins and when i log back in the hands will b downloaded.

Is there a way to self ban yourself from blackjack? I've dumped close to a grand in a week now.

discipline... i know nothing about the casino software but you should probably call them if you haven't figured out a way to do it through the client.. My ex-gf used to dump hundos on blackjack.. drove me nuts to watch.. registered nurse and paycheck & savings go bye bye w/ a trip to the casino.. If she lost she had to get it back or she failed in her eyes? or she didn't get a fix unless she played that high? boggled my mind for awhile then I realized that there's really a small portion of people that approach gambling correctly.. She called me from her vegas trip crying that she maxed her credit cards for ~$3k... Not trying to pick on you here dude but BLACKJACK IS FOR BUMS!!!!

I have OCD. Everytime my balance is at a 49 or 99 I just have to try and make that extra dollar via BJ. Never have and never will touch BJ in real life tho. Im worried if I ask for a BJ ban they will just boot me from the entire site.

I'm no counselor but maybe try that via poker ? If I win a tournament and get for argument sake $157.93 I'll sit and play cash to win or lose to make the change even to the nickel like 90c,80c,75c,95c,65c,85c.. I think we all deal w/ a little OCD or superstitions or w/e you want to label what makes you click, ultimately imo it's up to you how you choose to go about dealing w/ such "issues" get rid of them or cope somehow in a way that's healthy to you.. There's no gun to your head though and you're answering to yourself, so I hope you can figure this one out.. Again I'm no counselor, just speaking from observing and experience..

Yes you can. Call or email them. However, under no circumstances tell them that you have "a gambling problem." Your account will be closed and you will be banned for life if you use the aforementioned phrase. Simply ask them to exclude you from the casino

I have the same issue. Tried downloading hands from afternoon of 11/23, and it just got stuck on download requested. Closed my client and reopened it, because 99.9% of the time this resolves the issue for me right away. But it didn't work this time. Tried that like 4 more times-still nothing. So I closed the client, left it alone, came back 12 hours later, and it's still stuck. Can't help but wonder if this might have something to do with their Customer Service Center being offline.
