I’d be shocked if half the pool isn’t tbh.

Ignition trying not to pay me stating I had an old account after accepting my deposit and playing through 3k of bonus play to unlock funds then after running up to almost 1k was told about a bogus old account with an email I've never had in my life. So they say send documents wich I sent like asked initiate live chate to be told 24/48 hours I'll be contacted. But was also told the verification department is on it and already scheduled a call back in. Assuming that means another excuse to not unlock my account or ky funds

Used to grind 25NL back in the day on Absolute. Ran up a free $40 to over $1000 playing micro stakes starting at 2NL. Right when I moved up to 50NL Black Friday happened. I somehow got all my winnings back (check in the mail) in 2018 which I honestly never thought I'd see. Restored my faith in humanity (somewhat)

Getting back into it starting with 5NL. Deposited around $200 to begin at 10NL, but Blockchain hit me with a $33 fee. Not using that anymore. Got a bonus or whatever, but I'm still not sure how it works. Is it that you play enough to unlock the bonus, and then your original deposit + any earnings are also unlocked?

The other question I had was about withdrawing. Once you send funds from Ignition to something like Litecoin, where does the money have to go before it hits your bank account or cash app? I'm a bit of a noob here.

Also, are people having any issues withdrawing? I did a bunch of research before depositing and it was either BetOnline or Ignition due to the soft games. What are people's current thoughts on Ignition? BetOnline? Should I play somewhere else? Is it trustworthy? Is online poker just dead? Genuinely curious to hear thoughts.

Yesterday I had my first session. A bit of bad luck, down a buy in but my EV bb/100 was 5.2. Using DriveHud. Nothing too out of the ordinary. Usually at least a fish or 2 on each table.

Anyway, thanks for reading!!

for online cash games in the US i dont think anything beats Bovada/ignition. There might be bots like every other site but there are enough recreational players where the games are still great.

Was just 3 tabling and ONE of the 3 tables timed out, other two tables and lobby continued to work fine. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Was trying to bet the nuts on the river when it disconnected, timed out and was never able to reconnect to it.

I'd just like to report my recent experience with Bovada as a PSA to highlight what exactly you're dealing with behind the scenes as this dumpster fire.

The $325 $100,000 MonsterStack High Roller that ran this Sunday was completely broken, so I tried to chase down a reasonable explanation of what occurred while asking for the reimbursement I was entitled to.

The tournament, which was supposed to offer deep stack play, was incorrectly programmed, and players were assigned 1,500 chip stacks (instead of what I'm assuming was supposed to be 15,000) with an absurd structure meant for larger stacks. It was impossible. They must have internally been aware of the mistake, as they canceled the registration within minutes after 28 players had already joined, removing the tournament completely from the lobby. It wasn't even visible as a running tournament.

I reached out to their support team after registering to notify them of the error and to explain to them that the event was broken and the initial rep said that the complaint and any reimbursement would need to be "investigated". I told them simply to open up the tournament number and see in live-time what I was trying to explain to them, but they refused. After my initial follow-up was never received, I reached out again, and the second representative today falsely claimed I had reached out the first time talking about disconnection issues and that there was nothing they could do to help me. He was then accusatory for seemingly no reason, asking me why I waited so long to report this, further confirming he knew nothing about my initial interaction with support on Sunday regarding this issue.

I was quick to explain that this was never the issue I contacted them about and reiterated again to him with screenshots that the tournament was broken, the staff were clearly aware given its manual cancellation, and that I wanted to be reimbursed. Before rudely but predictably closing my chat without answer my questions, he then cited a final hand that never occurred, stating how I was "sitting out" for my last deal.

None of this was true and all of it is problematic and disconcerting.

According to their policy:

All remaining players will be refunded their entry fee and the prize pool will be divided based on the below formula:

* 50% of the prize pool is distributed evenly among all players remaining.
* 50% of the prize pool is distributed proportionally based on chip count.

For all intents and purposes, this tournament was cancelled. They cancelled the registration and removed it from their software. After multiple shady responses from their customer service team, I have ultimately been told that I don't deserve reimbursement and that there was no error at the tables.

It's the pinnacle of gaslighting and grotesque customer service. Stay far, far away from this company.

Customer service is a shambles. They are very nice and polite, however it's a constant mess. I frequently receive emails directed to other people (i.e. wrong name) and totally irrelevant to my topic, then mixed messages from one day to the next. Live chat is sometimes useful, but if it's anything more than a basic support enquiry they are also unhelpful.

They're all a cancer at this point. They're mostly incoherent and nonsensical, and as you've stated, crossing all different wires. Specifically with the above, they're now pretending like it was just business as usual that a Sunday High Roller $100,000 guarantee had its late registration closed three hours early and its tournament lobby removed from the software after they gave the 28 people stuck in the broken tourney 1,500 chips with a blind structure meant for the advertised 150,000 MonsterStack.

No no, we didn't "cancel" the tourney--just removed it completely so it was unsearchable and then allowed 28 registrants to compete for our colossal $100,000 **** up with a less than two hour end time after an initially advertised 18 levels of late registration. If that doesn't sound like a way for them to launder money back to themselves, I don't know what does.

If anyone is at all interested as to the lies and gaslighting that have unfolded since I initially contacted them, you can follow along in my thread here.

It should be illuminating to see just how stupid they think you really are.
