Finally called them enough to have them re-add my check option. So I requested $1500 and they instantly replied for me to do a credit card/license verification form. I've gotten 5 checks in the past and never had to do this. But I'll play the game with them. Clearly they can do whatever they want and there's nothing we can do but bend over.

Bovada does a lot of sports book. Are the poker payouts so big they can't make them? Has anyone checked to see if sports bettors are not being paid?

Do you think sports bettors get preferential treatment? I mainly bet on sports and cashouts are always the same. If others are having problems, so do I.

Do you get a processed email like VFFs for checks? I haven't cashed with checks in a long time so I can't remember.

Glad to see this, hopefully this means that they will start processing other pending payouts. Although it seems that unless you are on their ass, they wont do a thing.

What time did you call? Ive been trying all day and all I can get are a couple bimbos that have no idea what is going on, then hang up on me if I start asking questions about the real support.... Mine got approved on bovada 3/18 and now neither Bovada or the other company will get back ahold of me.. So frustrating

Ok here's the deal with A**o debit card option from my point of view...

i just got my money today...had to wait 6 business days instead of estimated 1-2 business days. I have made 9 withdrawals and it has always been about 4 business days or less with the exception of one time where there was supposedly technical problems (that time took 13 business days) and this time which required 2 phone calls to A**o and one email to Bovada. so 7 out 9 times in 4 business days or less ain't too bad i guess.

I'm not sure it is a matter of harassing them to make them pay you faster and I can't tell people what to do, but I would not advise calling 19 times in a row and hanging up. I'm sure some states would call that a crime. They should pay in the time frame they said, but debit card does seem the fastest and cheapest way.

I had to do the same thing about a week ago. Sent it in, Bovada told me they contacted the company and are waiting for a reply, then on 4/02 Bovada sent an email saying they had "escalated the issue to their provider" whatever that means.

Yes! You'll get the hang of it. If they haven't picked up at exactly 50 seconds in, it will kick over to the answering service. Eventually, he picks up. Call in the middle of the day (not lunch).

My VFF was processed 3/3. Still haven't received it. So today has been 22 or 23 business days. Customer service won't give any details only that it's been processed and I should receive it shortly. That was last Tuesday. I guess there's nothing really to do except wait and hope. I know I won't be depositing any more money until this gets resolved first. I've done 4 or 5 other VFF and never had an issue so I'm hoping this is just a glitch
