since when do you get a tracking number with a VFF withdrawal? Where do I find that

Also this is the first time I have done the VFF. I normally just do the Check by Courier as I am not in a rush for the funds as long as they eventually hit my bank account. Since they are foreign checks regardless of if they are from the north or east my bank sends them to the Main Bank Collections in Texas and it takes about 4-6 weeks to finally be credited to my checking account minus a $20 Foreign Check Fee which is not a big issue for me.

Now as far as this being my first time doing the VFF Option. I am going on a Vacation the first week on May so I wanted to try to get these extra funds before I go which is the only reason I chose this option. I had to send in Credit Card Verification Agreement with my ID and my Debit Card. My Bank Debit Card however is a MasterCard. When talking with Bovada they said that would not be an issue at all. Does anyone else use the VFF cash out option to a MasterCard?

Obviously Bovada decided to keep a batch of VFF for their greedy selves and continue on with business as normal until it passes over.

Everyone that hasn't got their VFF from March should mark it up to brutal negative variance. Like 7.5 standard deviations below expectation type variance.

I've called cs several times these past 3 weeks, yesterday (April 2) I said look stop telling me what you want me to hear, and tell me when will I get my money... The lady straight up told me, I'm sorry but your funds were sent off and there is nothing they can do at this point. I then asked so does that means my funds are lost, and she straight up said yes. I closed my account, I don't have time to deal with this stuff . Unbelievable

I don't believe a cust. service rep would admit the funds ever being lost, got any proof she said this? You can request any conversation on phone to Bovada as they keep a record of them

Waiting on 2 max Vffs still processed early and mid march.
If bovada did lose the funds due to a shady processor, wouldnt they compensate and pay out of pocket at some point, versus just stiffing the customers? Seems like a terrible business model to not payout the customers and lose credibility when they are raking it in.

Last email correspondence from a few days ago said they cannot tell me the exact date funds would hit my account but that my money was guaranteed.

Medium sized VFF request 4/4, approved 4/10, same run around from customer service as everyone else. Still waiting................

Seriously!! I didn't even check because my withdrawal was approved over a week ago. Just logged into my A----O account and it still hasn't posted.

So frustrating. To get them on the phone you literally have to keep calling every 30 seconds and just hang up when the lady (answering service) answers and wait for a man to answer who works there. I am tired of doing this with every withdrawal.

calm your hormones man. people are getting money, they're still paying. people are getting checks in 72 hours and they're clearing. businesses have trouble once in a while and this is part of doing business with one that's half way around the world.

He's talking about the debit card you get straight from Bovada which is a bit different because there shouldn't be any third party processors involved to get shut down, afaik.

Why are people worried they are going to disappear? If they weren't paying anyone I could understand. They are still paying checks, new VFFs are going through. They clearly had a problem with the processor for VFFs at the beginning to midish March. They have given us no reason to believe the ship is sinking, and no one has ever not been paid by Bovada before (who didn't break TOS.) I also have a max VFF in limbo so while it's frustrating, no reason to believe we won't be paid.

They just took away my 1 free check withdrawal per month, now I have to pay the $50 fee. I emailed them asking what was up and they said that if I want a free withdrawal it has to be VFF. I'm a little pissed since check withdrawals have usually been smooth for me and obviously VFF is having issues.
