I clearly said I had a bunch of transactions going on with my bank account and I lost track of it which is my fault. My bank statement for FEB, which is the one they requested wasn't available to me unless I paid a fee until a few days ago ( its a monthly cycle). Bovada customer service checked my account and said my withdrawal was still being processed ten days after the request. Bovada has messed up on sports bets I have placed multiple times. They credited my account when I lost, marked bets as losses when I actually won. Point being I wouldn't put anything past a site like Bovada they make mistakes as well. LOL yeah guys, they don't send you checks or reply to emails because of people like me

Has anyone gotten a prepaid debit card from A***** ? I have been dealing with this for about 2 weeks now.. first they send me 2 cards on accident and I have to get that straightened out, since then I have been told i would get a call back within 24 hours probly 4 different times and never have.... then yesterday I finally get an email saying that my card is activated but I have to get a pin number, which I have to call them again and wait on another call back/email for... and my card still doesnt work anywhere even though the email clearly says I can use it, just not for ATM withdrawals! Absolute worst customer support I have ever experienced.... anyone else had these kind of problems or know a way to speed this process up?

I just gave up.. Lost my card months ago, called a dozen times and got the same call back promise. Not worth the trouble imo. Stick to wires

well that isnt good... u still got ur money initially tho right? Then once you lost the card you couldnt get ahold of them you mean?

Yea, exactly. Reason I haven't pressed the issue any harder. Got such a shady vibe from them don't particularly care to keep any money in there, even for a few days. Can't imagine them lasting all that long. Like the Bovada debit card.

Anyone know when BTC withdrawals will be available? BTC deposits have been going very smooth and no vig!

So my debit card Bovada has on file got canceled, ace bank is sending me a new one I assume with a chip. Is it true if your visa has the chip VFF won't work?? I assume I'm gonna have to make a deposit w the card..

We are all in the same boat a bunch of us are still waiting for VFFs from very early march must be a huge backlog or something. I requested max vff still waiting. It's a little reassuring I'm not the only one waiting.

I'm sure Blovada has it all under control guys. Just make sure you never criticize them in this thread. They have been in business forever and have never not payed anyone out.

Has anyone received 3k max VFF in past month?

I've seen people do less then max and get it fast my last one too about 6-8 business days for a vff of around 1k but I've seen ppl like u have to wait longer for 3k ones

I guess my impression of all the payouts as of now is to just eat the $50 and get the check. It seems it takes weeks longer for a VFF.
