First of, Bovada did not ask me to send in any documents for verification, is this some sort of a mistake? Second, I choose the "Check By Courier" method, so what will happen next? Will they just send a check using Fedex to my house's address? Let me know please, thanks!

Check will come by Fedex like carrier, you will have to sign for it. You may or may not get a tracker number. If you log into bovada and check your message the day before it comes your tracker number may be there.

If you can't be there to sign, a sticky note will be left to sign and the check will be delivered the next day if you sign it.

Your check will be from bank up north or the east and you might be able to deposit via ATM. If it is from up north it isn't possible to deposit through ATM. Then it will up to your bank to process it. It can go to collections and take weeks to get the money. See this thread for banks and the way they handle those checks.

I'm usually never home when they try to deliver a check I called Fed ex and was told that if you leave a note on your door with your signature the date and the tracking number they will leave the check. I know for sure it works cause I have done it. So what I recommend is track the check when you know its in your state/town do what I just said and you wont have to be home for them to leave the check.

just got the prepaid MC approved and see there is a $2.50 fee per withdraw at the ATM and also a $2.50 monthly service fee, so we have to leave $$ in the account otherwise we'll get charged the $10 negative balance fee per month as well, correct?
