Agreed. I'm a little worried about depositing a series of sketchy checks from Singapore in the weeks ahead. Canadian checks were way less suspicious. Chatting up a cashier will only get a guy so far.

Requested a payout on the 3rd for 450 still no tracking number. Made another payout request for 300 on the 10th and Bovada still gives me an option to cancel the payout after 5 business days since payout request. Usually Bovada is very quick with payouts but getting a little nervous.

Update:
My friend who had been waiting on a max check since 7/17 received it yesterday, 8/17. Obviously it's not great to wait a month, but given we knew they were having processor problems I don't think a month is too unreasonable.

All should learn to read check codes, if it has a routing number xxxyyyyyy plus an account number put it through on ATM or use your phone app. Singapore checks go right through as they use US bank to process it. Canadian checks go to Canada and don't have a standard US routing number.

These are a bit more tricky. Depending on your bank and your account, these can take many weeks to fund and can confuse the tellers of small banks. US poker players have to become check processing pros. Read many of the past postings and learn how to get your checks into your account.

You will not be able to cash a check as the banks are not major institutions with many branches ..

Apparently I'm a "known poker player" and when they tried to put the wire transfer through they said it wouldn't go, because financial institutions don't want to deal with it. So, instead:

^ standard. If you're married you can set up with your wifey's bank account or create a corporate bank account for wires thru Bovada.

You guys sure are right about those Singapore checks. My bank cleared mine one day after the deposit was made.

Deposited the Singapore Check yesterday and the 2nd check from Canada today.

Funny little story on this. So I went to my bank yesterday with the Singapore check to deposit it. I handed them my debit card, ID, along with the check and deposit. The gal took a look at it, started to work on the computer, looked at it again, and then worked on the computer...she went back and forth about 4 times while mum was the word from me as I was messing with my phone/wallet. After it finally got entered I got my balance.

I left to go outside only to find I left my keys inside on the table where the deposit slips were. Once I got back in I saw her holding my check up in the air with the manager looking at it with a confused look on their face. Their eyes slowly panned to me since I just walked back in. I made some witty comment about not being able to go far without my keys to which the gal laughed and agreed....talk about that awkward eye contact moment lol!

Now I just need to decide how long to wait for them to clear...thinking 2 weeks hopefully should do it.

I don't understand why some people get VFF right away meanwhile I keep asking them over and over and they say they will continue to review my account and let me know when I qualify.

Would be so much easier than cashing out via check.

Singapore Draft. Took it to the counter and it cleared in a day. Looked kinda funny but from what I read these drafts are the international equivalent to a US cashiers check.

got a note saying the wire was being made in EUR and my bank would convert it to the day's exchange rate to the proper requested USD amount. this happened and i even made $4 on the conversion.

Cleared this option is much better. I did a simple Google search on drafts vs checks. Drafts are way better. Guaranteed to not bounce.

Yeah, this is ridiculous. Yesterday was my tenth business day. Over a month of waiting for a single payout.

That's strange, I got mine immediately after I deposited with a Visa debit card. I would keep inquiring them about it.

Also strange, I always get mine within 48 hours, and sometimes within 24.

Call and talk to a supervisor. They shouldn't take more than a few days. The last guy in this thread complaining went to pick his up and was told it had been ready for 10 days by the clerk.
