stop using your current bank. ive deposited probably 300 checks from them in my bank in many years and never once anything like what you've experienced

does anyone know if they are allowing players who deposited with CC to cashout Via Western Union? or do you have to first initiate a WU deposit? about a year ago they were allowing anyone to use WU

I believe your one free payout per month is only for check by courier....the rapid transfer you have to pay fees for.
pretty sure the only time using Rapid trans or WU is free is by depositing 300 or more and they will waive those deposit fees.

How in the world has this ****ty existence of a site still not made uniform breaks in tourneys, and give me one reason why there hasnt been an update where the tourney lobby updates the amount of players paid out in tourneys once registration closes so we actually know where the exact bubble is? This is like a ****ing carnival game, get your **** together bovada this is unreal that you 10 years behind industry standard and then expect people to put volume in and keep you afloat.

They actually no longer offer WU at all. And they do not cover fees either anymore. Both things took effect about 2 months ago.

For the guys that have got the Visa withdrawal option approved and have already made withdrawals with this method I have a few questions.

I've been approved for this option and have sent in the credit card authorization form etc. They keep saying that my card is a "gift card or reload card". It obviously isn't and I have sent in the proof showing that it's my actual personal bank debit card. I've been going back and forth with them for almost 2 weeks now through email and phone calls.

Did any of you have similar problems? Also if you could pm what bank you guys use for this option I would greatly appreciate it.

I'm waiting to hear back from them within the next 24 hours regarding why they still think mine is a gift card. If they still wont process my payouts with this card then i'm just gonna close my bank and open an account at one of the banks that you guys are getting successful withdrawals with this option.

Can you request a rapid transfer payout when it wasn't the method of deposit? I used pre-paid. I DO NOT want to deal with Canadian checks anymore. I would rather pay the fees for rapid transfer.

hmm im pretty sure the tournaments do have the bubble listed. Its not hard to see them after lobby closes i always know where the money bubble is.

i never did a rapid transfer and it worked for me. So it shouldn't be a problem.

Requested "credit card" payout of $2,500 to my Visa debit card which is linked to my U.S. checking account on 12/15/14.

Payout approved 12/16/14.

Payout received in my checking account on 12/22/14.

This is the third successful payout to my debit card and I've also had one other successful payout to a Visa credit card. Never had any of these transactions go awry or take longer than ten days from request to receipt of funds.

Can you give a hint of what bank you use please? I'm probably gonna be forced to open a new bank account since they've been dicking me around with this one for over 2 weeks.

I know this is beating a dead horse here, but your account was likely just credited the money rather than the check actually clearing. Be careful spending the money immediately making that assumption if you cant cover for it.

They gave me cash at the bank. So I had the funds in hand.

The bank most likely credited your account in good faith like I said. Once that happens you can access the money if you choose. That is what I was aiming at when I said to be careful spending the money two days after you deposit a poker check assuming the check has cleared because the money has been made available, because it most likely hasnt cleared yet. If the check bounces you will be responsible for that money. Checks have been known come up bounced weeks after theyve been deposited and the funds have been made available, but realistically if it hasnt come up bounced in a week, you are usually good to go the vast majority of the time.

Just a little heads up from experience. Your check is most likely good but in the future its a good thing to know because if you cashout frequently from online poker sites as an American via check, you will receive a bad check inevitably.

For those of you wondering about the collections process. I requested a check for 1500 back in Nov. everything was processed right away and the check was received within 3 days. Deposited with teller on 12/1 (bomericka) and funds just hit my account today with $105 deducted in fees.
So it's looking like the timeline for collections is right around the 5-6 week mark from what I can tell. Hope this helps..
