they wont hassle you... i use the 3 letter bank and the atm does not ever accept international checks and the teller had no problem with it whatsoever. its just an international check no big deal. just fill out the deposit slip sign it and put that cash in the bank

Yes I've never had a problem with the normal international checks I get from Bovada either, but they have always had 9 digit routing numbers like normal checks. I have heard people have had problems trying to cash The ones with only 8 routing numbers. Guess I'll find out in a few mins when the bank opens.

So I was worried for nothing lol. They took it no questions asked. I asked them why the atm rejected it and they said idk, but next time you can just use mobile depo and take a pic of it! Going to do that every time now.

Has anyone had success with mobile deposit for northern checks? I've had success with far east checks in the past, but never tried it with one from up north.

If it has an 8 digit routing number mobile app/ATM won't work. If it has a 9 digit routing number it should be fine. Note: most checks from aboot up der eh have an 8 digit routing number.

I am returning from a trip and will try to deposit a check that was delivered to my house one week prior. What are the chances that this check bounces? I've always deposited them within 1-2 days, but as I said that was not possible in this situation.

Bovada has never let me down, not once. To back up what someone said up top, 9 digit checks clear on mobile app, 8 digit ones do not. Eh, so I have to drive 5 minutes to the bank with up north checks, no big deal.

Most of the checks I've received from up north had 9 digit routing numbers. This most recent was the only one I've ever gotten with 8 digits.

Can anyone explain to me this VISA card method? I can't find in the thread why some people seem to have it and others don't? Is it worth emailing support about to ask if this can be an option for my account? It would suit me better than checks, WU, and MG.

I think my account is VIP status fwiw. If that's based on rake at least. For check times and random approvals I seem to get them a lot faster than a lot of people ITT. Prolly raking around 8k most months.

You should be fine, if the check was going to bounce it is still going to bounce. As long as you do it with in the time frame you should be fine. I don't believe there has been a reported bounce check for a while.

unfortunately the check was destroyed and they are not able to provide evidence that it was voided or anything like that.

when i spoke with bovada last night they said i need a copy of the voided check or something like that. unfortunately nothing like that exists. i asked if he could check and make sure that the money was never removed from the account and he said that bovada is not in that sort of contact with the issuing bank. my bank told me that i since the money was never removed from the issuing accout that i should be able to track them down but last night bovada refused to do that.

so it looks im out 3k. unreal. just unfreakin real. i am so unreal mad right now.
