Also out of the last 20-30 checks I haven't seen one like this. Says can't be deposited through atm and warns me "funds may be held at your bank for up to 30 days". First time I have ever seen anything like this. If this check takes 30 days to clear I'm completely screwed.

Does bovada really not do po boxes, bc my physical address is really out there and hard to find.

my bank said something about the routing number being incorrect and that there was an "error and they were unable to process."

unfortunately the check was destroyed and they are not able to provide evidence that it was voided or anything like that.

when i spoke with bovada last night they said i need a copy of the voided check or something like that. unfortunately nothing like that exists. i asked if he could check and make sure that the money was never removed from the account and he said that bovada is not in that sort of contact with the issuing bank. my bank told me that i since the money was never removed from the issuing accout that i should be able to track them down but last night bovada refused to do that.

so it looks im out 3k. unreal. just unfreakin real. i am so unreal mad right now.

Lol at your bank destroying the check, they are the ones screwing you in this spot.

Yeah, I had the exact same thing happen with a misprint on the check numbers on a deposited check. My bank promptly returned it to me as void, or sent me a copy, one of the two. I did not have to request it. It was standard procedure for them.

the lady i spoke with at bovada today was very kind and helpful, as opposed the ahole i spoke with last night. she said that if i could not get a copy of a check, then a letter from my bank may be sufficient. the very helpful bank teller lady was able to procure such a letter without me even asking.

i will keep yall updated. i need to go to the bank tomorrow and then email a copy to bovada and hopefully they will promptly act.

Thats good. I think you will be ok. They are usually pretty good in making good when their processors send bad checks ime.

Just talked to support and they were like you should have gotten it already and asked me to send a bank statement with running transactions to show that it wasn't there. Just send an email with docs. Support is worthless as usual.The last time took close to this long, I think I'm done with this site. The best thing about it was that I could request a payout and it would be in my bank 3 days later. No rakeback, garbage software, promos they only give to certain customers via e-mail and now bad cashout times.This site has gotten soft without competition.

More SHENZHEN bull****. A few weeks ago my wife's debit card was hit with a $2.08 charge with this tag on it. We went through the annoyance of having a new card issued. Her last deposit was August 2013. Sunday morning around 8am my card was hit for $2.59 (which later turned to $2.66 due to conversion charges, lol). Now I'm going through the process of getting a new card. This one showed up very strange at first, with mostly numbers (not a phone number) and a few letters in the description. A few days later when it finally cleared, now it shows the SHENZHEN information similar to the last one. My last deposit was uhhh, I don't even remember. Just watch your bank statements folks, sounds like this company is gearing up to grab much larger amounts soon.

I'm confused... If she got a new card number how did the China company obtain it?

His card got hit the 2nd time, his wife's card has been fine since she got a new one.

I'm in NY and the only option for me to deposit is via Western Union. I don't mind depositing that way but will I have any problems when I go to withdraw as a NY resident?

No in fact most everyone that deposited wishes they would of done it through WU before a CC, Western Union only does 1k at a time so keep that in mind.

Spent 20 mins on phone with support they told me to email all my bank info and I can get a bank wire, then once I do that they reply w/ this message. wtf

Just got word from my bank that one of the two 3k checks from up north that I cashed almost 3 weeks ago is "definitely fraudulent" and that upon contacting the issuing institution, they were told that the issuing account on the check "does not exist".

I'm now waiting on proof of these allegations to show Bovada so that I can either receive another check or have the funds credited back into my account. This comes after the bank had released the funds from the first 3k check on Tuesday, but when I went to check my account today, I was informed that it had been frozen.

I'm really hoping that I'm not the only one that this has happened to.

What are the avg wait times for checks to clear from bovada?
