Has anyone who has had a Bovada account for 7 months or less been able to do a wire transfer payout? Bovada told me that my account is too new and that is how long it has been open. I'm just wondering if they were being honest with me.

I know this is a payout thread, but I had a couple questions about depositing since I just signed up.

I don't have a Visa, just Master Card, so will a Visa gift card work?

If not, is WU my only option??

Any help is appreciated!

I have a couple questions for those that have withdrawn via bankwire.

Do I need a SWIFT # on my bank account or will I be able to do it without one?

How long does it generally take for it to hit your account? This is my first time using the bankwire method so will that make it take a little longer?

Has anyone experienced any troubles using this method in the past?

If you don't want to reply itt feel free to PM me.

I've had the following withdraws.

1/7- $7,500
1/25-$2,500
1/27-$3,000
2/2- $2,250

I am still waiting on the 3rd check from my 1/7 payout. I don't know why other people are getting checks within 3 days and I am waiting a month to completely fund one withdraw.

Any ideas?

In my experience they will send the checks in order of size. I assume you are waiting on a $1500 check but have requested a couple bigger ones thereafter. You probably won't get the $1500 until all the large withdrawal requests are sent out.

Question for those of you who have done bank wires:

The page on Bovada says "additional fees can be applied by your bank" which is usually just $25 and fine with me, but then it also says "bank wires are processed as foreign currency." In my experience banks rape people on foreign currency exchange. So my question is do you take a hit for that as well or is it typically just the full amount minus a ~$25 bank fee?

Thanks!

I've had my account for 9 months and it's not yet an option for me.

Try avoiding their bank wire by any cost. I waited for 20 days before I sent them a statement that I didn't receive money. Now they're feeding me a story that they didn't hear anything from processor. And I hear from another victim that he's been fed this story for almost a month.

P.S. And it was initially their fault it happened. I gave them the right address (given in International bank write instructions for my bank) which differs from my local branch. But they still requested my local branch which I believe caused payment not going through. Unless there's some different reason.

That's redic. It's like they are punishing me for cashing out.

If you can only get one check a week, wouldn't you prefer to get the bigger ones first?

The first time I cashed out via wire they said it was sent but I never received it. They said they would initiate a trace with their processor and I kept calling every couple weeks for updates and would basically start at square one each time. It took about 2 months for them to resend. Since then I have had no problems and they have all shown up within 2 weeks.

2 months. Wow!
Did they deposit money back to your bovada account or they just resend it to your bank using the same information?

Requested max check 1/31
received 2/4

Super happy about that, But this is the 2nd check home, 1st check tried the ATM and no luck, go inside they take it, put it in and i had the funds next day. This check they had to send to collections and could take 6-8 weeks. That sucks.... Stupid * OF * bank. Anyone else go thru this? Was thinking about trying the wire transfer myself

Currently awaiting checks being sent for collections, also awaiting receipt of a wire that is listed as processed.

Does anyone here recommend moneygram? I have no idea how to do it, but a buddy of mine who referred me to Bovada apparently does it all the time and gets his cash within 48 hours...

Beats waiting over a month for a check ....but I heard you have to pay some sort of transaction fee like $20-$50 per cashout? that kinda blows. Anyone have any experience with moneygram? I'd really appreciate any replies w/ people who are familiar w/ the process

Checks are not taking over a month right now.

Id suggest reading the thread.

You will get a lot of information regarding cashouts.

Try scrolling up less than 10 posts above yours. Where did you get the information that checks take over a month? Where did you get the information that you have to pay a transaction fee for a check?
