It's going to bounce either way so it doesn't really matter.

Why does Bodog allow ewalletexpress deposits but they don't allow ewalletexpress withdrawls?

as of this moment, i still have money xfer as a w/d option, as well as check my cour.

that is bs about the debit card. however, with the fees associated, and then that method being cancelled, i would never have had a dollar on it. i received mine (didnt want one in the first place) like 6 months ago, and never activated it.

Except there were no fees if you only made one withdrawal per load and it worked great.

a few checks have bounced.... I'm 8 for 9 depositing over the last year... that's 8 successes and one bounce.... pretty standard for an online sports gambling site

If you're talking about giving your social sec. number to the place where you pick up your 3k, I think it depends on the policy of the pick up location. I've picked up several WU payouts for over 2500 and the grocery store wanted my ss # but the other places (grimey convenience store/check cashing places) didn't ask for SS. The policy at the grocery store was any pick ups 2500 or more require SS #. Or maybe it was 2000 or more....hmmmmmmm dont remember exactly.

Rapid Transfer was still in my cashout page, but when I withdrew by that method they converted it to check. At least they said they'd expedite it, but we'll see. RT method now gone from cashout page. It's probably better generally to call them rather than using the software for cashouts.

Incorrect. My check just cleared today. And why do you have to be so negative anyways? It's a tough situation here and saying **** like that doesn't help things.

Alright, here is the deal. I have been with bodog for six years or so. Avid bodog player for sure. Have dealt with their customer service countless times for countless reasons. I was issued a debit card with the first wave of cards...somewhere around 2 months ago. Worked great, fast cashouts etc. I got screwed when they had the card revoked...i got all my money off the card but had alot on bodog still. I actually need 3k by september 5th, planned a vacation. After calling and getting the SHADIEST support ive ever heard, I finally made some headway and have some NEW information. (mind you, i called probably 20 times for a total of five hours on the phone) I finally got them to expedite my check to me, one time exception, and it took FOUR DAYS to get here and cleared in ONE DAY. The check came from out of the U.S. but still cleared quickly. Other then how shady it was they really did fix the problem for me. So just to clear things up REQUESTED EXPEDITED CASHOUT ON 14TH OF AUGUST, GOT MY PAYOUT ON THE 18TH, DEPOSITED ON THE 18TH, CLEARED ON THE 19TH. No bouncing, no hassle, not 40 days. Keep in mind this check was expedited. If you read the info available you can find out why the checks are taking so long as well as why the new checks have cents added to them. They DO NOT want to overload their processors for OUR protection and theirs. The less money you have in the processors accounts at one time the less money that is at risk, even it is just a slight risk. They still have not ever missed a payout. Clearly SOMETHING is going on and it will either be resolved or wont, in the mean time the checks will take fourty days barring a personal exception. They will not bounce or be rejected. As for the ecom debit cards...they are in fact still frozen. And that is a pain in the ass. All in all I have never seen such shadiness or deceit from bodog, I would still caution from deposited a load of money untill things change...but as for your current money just wait....its coming....gl

so has anyone been contacted about what is going to be done about the money that is locked in the debit card accounts? I have emailed them 2 times but got no response.

I have emailed bodog twice about this issue. Their first reply wanted clarification on whether I had funds that were not accessible on the debit card or if I was making an inquiry as to when they were bringing this cash out option back....lol. I am now waiting on a second response.

When I emailed the debit card provider about my account being put on hold, this is their response:

Transactions have been halted on this card pending the outcome of an investigation.
Kindly advise which organization sourced the funds to your card?

Someone previously posted that they talked to the debit card provider's COO, who said funds would be returned to the sender if their investigation determined it was gambling money. So the funds would go back to Bodog at some point.

The 2 or 3 posters who mentioned the debit card's name should be banned or castrated. The original email with the card was very clear about not blabbing about it. ******s. Search for the name on this thread if you want to identify the idiots. Ok, wickeddumbtrader and tapakip.

The main problem with Bodog is that it's attached to the sportsbook (a good thing too, I know). But the Book makes it easy for any Joe Blow Fed to just place a bet and ask for a payout. Poker usually requires long days and nights at the tables before a player requests a payout. They only offered cards to people who seemed to be long-term poker players I imagine. At least, they should have done it this way. They definitely should have separated the Book from the poker players for payouts. If this was the case, then Joe Blow Fed would have had to log months at the tables with multiple payouts before being offered a card. If they separated Book and poker and short-term/long-term players, then there should not be any investigation so quickly. But thanks to the ******s that jumped on here and started blabbing the card's name we are now up a creek with the paddles shoved up our asses.

The problem with it being a sportsbook is actually the Wire Act. The Feds won't attempt a prosecution if it's not a Wire Act violation, which requires the gaming business to take bets on sporting events. They don't like any type of online gambling, but they don't think they could get a conviction for anything but sportsbetting, and don't try.

Yeah, I was pretty upset about the debit card provider being outed on here. If I'd thought of it at the time I would have clicked on the "report post" button and asked a mod to delete it. I'm not sure if they were doing that at the time, but they do seem to be deleting such references/posts now, if they know about them.

I also have (3) checks pending from as far back as early July and can not get any response to my e-mails. I have ALS ( Lou Gehrig's disease ) and I am moving into an assisted living home due to my illness and told them my address was going to change in the next few weeks, Could they please let me know if the checks have been mailed and if not can i pay a fee to have the money/checks sent Western Union or by courier so that the checks will not get lost. They will not respond and I will not deposit money there again to play, I have been playing on Bodog for over (2) years for an average of (8) hours a day and until i feel i can trust them not to be taking advantage of there players I will be back on the Merge network and FTP.

This is not the first time i have had problems with them, they screwed up my original account I first registered under and they closed it and set me up a new account with a different screen name, and I never recieved the $330 I had on that account. But this is just poor customer service at it's best.

Good Luck at the Tables, xxDUHxx

Who is the choad in this video. this is the most unprofessional piece of crap Ive ever seen. they dont even give "anthonys" last name. I would place very little faith in anything said in this video.

However, the Forbes article showed is real and worth reading. Not all of the information is true however.
