Just got a phone call a few minutes ago from Bovada on their 888-263-0000 number. About a week or so ago I requested a WU payout that took about 4 days to get CIH and twice I got the email that it had been processed but thought nothing of it. They told me that it was an error on their end that they had duplicated the payout but instead of deducting the funds from my balance (fwiw I currently have it covered) they would just give it to me since it was an error on their part and it is the holiday season. Got the WU info over the phone and now I'm going to pickup what is basically a 2nd free payout.
Not making any of this stuff up at all. I used to like Bovada. Now I love bovada. Free monies and 11/10 customer service
