Every check from Bovada I've requested has taken no more then 1 week. However, issues do arise when dealing with payment processors like Bovada does. Checks will bounce....
However, you are 18 according to you previous post, and that doesn't sound like the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction. So, I'd suggest something other than online poker for you, anyways. Come back to twoplustwo in a couple years when you're of legal age and online poker is regulated in your state.

Bovada sends check via International Overnight Service, either by DHL or FedEx. In fact the FedEx comes Priority Overnight, so they get AM delivery.....
Guess that doesn't help your argument....

Dude, you have no clue what you're talking about. Please move along and leave this thread to the people with real issues.

So after all this research and consultation you still came here asking about playing on Bovada?
Let me help you here, there isn't one item in UIGEA that prohibits online gaming. UIGEA restricts the ability to conduct financial transactions for the operators. This would be the reason that NOT ONE player was prosecuted as a result of Black Friday and in fact - have been considered victims.
Now if your state has a law against it, that's a separate issue. Mine, however, does not.

Hi!
I see you're still here posting.....see you at the Bovada tables next week.

I guess your definition of "quitting" isn't the same as mine.
