Has anyone else tried to deposit a check using the smartphone app for Lank of Lamerikah? Is there any reason I should not try to deposit using this method? I am a bit lazy and would rather not go to the branch ATM.

My issue (and I guess this is a good problem to have), is that am making about 30k a month, but I'm only getting about 15k cashed out via bank wire, so I'm building up a large balance in my account.

I was considering trying to use different types of cashouts to try and get out more money total per month.

Any tips?

Should I be worried about having 100k to 250k on the site?

Currently I have around 50k waiting to hit my bank account via bank wire, and have about 20k on the site.

Maybe play less, tell where you feel comfortable with your balance, but you should be good. What in the world are you killing for that amounts? It's no big deal if you don't feel comfortable saying.

In regards to the mobile deposits - I know that Tee-Dee's policy is that the check must be drawn in the United States. I would assume that this is the case for most if not all other large banks that now accept phone app check deposits. FWIW I have not tried to deposit a BV check via this method I simply noticed in the terms of service it blatantly says that the check must be drawn in the U.S. So I would check your banks' rules/ToS and even call and ask customer support to make sure you can deposit foreign checks this way.

This also applies (at least to the bank I just named) to ATM deposits. It will get mailed back to you if it is an international check. That's why all the checks say to go in person to a teller to deposit it. You obviously shouldn't (and don't need to) say anything about poker.

Incorrect, all of the checks say to deposit in the ATM. There's been cases of ATM's spitting the checks back out, so when that happens you go inside to deposit. (Or in your case, you already know your bank's policy so you should just go inside to a teller)

I also think you may be misreading the policy, I would guess they are referring to international checks that aren't written in USD. As long as it's USD, the ATM's of most banks should accept them.

Requested Check - Sat. 8/10

Processed Mon. 8/12

Received Mon. 8/19

Just a side not, for whatever reason I did not get a tracking number so needless to say my day started off quite well when the DHL guy showed up unexpectedly. I deposited the check through the drive through with no problems or questions asked. Also Bovada has their **** together, highly suggested for all players.

I've had checks that have said to deposit at the teller and some at the ATM.

Oh, my mistake. Mine have always said to deposit in the ATM. They've all been from the far east fwiw.

Just signed up, wondering if anyone can answer this question for me. I made a deposit to Bovada with a credit card and it says its being sent back to the card for the payout I requested within 5 business days. Does anyone know how receiving a payment on a credit card works? Like a positive balance on it or? Haven't been able to dig up an answer.

Tough day for a deposit...

10 attempts on a bank debit card that has always worked in the past.
All declined (I know right away if it is going to be declined, if the "verified by visa" screen comes up it is gonna be a no go almost 100%) and I'm really disappointed how the bovada system continues to use the same "processor front" time after time after time when they are being declined instead of changing it up to one that has always worked for me in the past.

On to the moneygram route....what a beating.
First of all you have to find the MG's that do international transfers (not all of them do as I found out today) and then it is like babysitting your brother's step kids trying to ensure that the girl typing in the info on the moneygram form doesn't make a typo...

After all of this they exchanged US Dollars to Philippine Peso's (Unbeknownst to me) and Bovada rejected it.

Now I have to go back to the retail outlet that I attempted to send the money from in the first place and attempt to get them to switch it back from Philippine Pesos to US dollars.
Supposedly this isn't uncommon for Bovada customers but it sure is a pain in the ass.

I gave them (Bovada) a good earful (did no good of course) for not making it abundantly clear when giving MG sending instructions how important it was to make sure MG didn't exchange the money types. In fact not a single word was spoken about it. Not one single mention and then after the fact Bovada support tells me that this sort of thing happens quite often and I "should" be able to get it fixed very easily.

Uhh???
If it happens quite often it is because Bovada isn't making it clear that the monies can't be exchanged. MG didn't even ask me or give me the option...they simply did it without giving me a choice.

Brutal

You need to sack up and do some research...I have used the online MG option for over a year now. It works great. Just set up an account.

www.moneygram.com

I actually take the info they give me, and hit send, and the MTC is back before I hang up the phone with support. Its very ez.

I was told by Bovada support that I couldn't send it online that I had to visit a MG location in person and use cash.
If what you say is true, I have really wasted a lot of time.
My "sack is so loaded" (children, wife, moving across state) that my research time has been nil.

Interesting this works for you...Bovada support was ADAMANT that I could not do it as you described.

Sucks me for.

They told me the exact same thing...but yet i have made 20+ dep with this method. When they ask you if you sent cash or paid with a card, always say cash. They dont know what you did, except you have the MTC number. I have actually said to a rep "hold on, i am getting the number" Just moments after they gave me the name. Only one time has a rep told me she wouldnt take my info cause I was doing it online. I said ok, I will go out and do it at store front. I then called back 5 minutes later and spoke with someone else, and boom...done.

Relax buddy. Now you know the deal and won't have any problems anymore. I've had issues similar to this before but everything ended up clearing up. When the moron @ MG hands you your receipt with the reference number always double check everything on that receipt. It has sender info, receiver's info, and if I remember right US dollars sent. I hadn't changed my address on my license a while back and the dumb broad used my old address on it and had to go back to have it changed. Just a bad day for you, that's all. But if you do end up cashing out via MG, you'll bee damn happy after seeing it show up in 36 hours.

Quick question guys. First I guess I did receive a tracking number but it was on my account homepage on Bovada. It says on there that I should deposit via the atm and nothing about if the atm rejects the check to use a teller, anyway I just used the drive through (so I used a teller). I did it before noon yesterday, and checked my account this morning and it hasn't cleared yet. I wanted to know if anyone else has deposited their check the same way (by teller) and how long it took to clear. Bank name ryhmes with base...ty

each bank is different... expect holds on foreign checks. up to 5 days is probably the norm, some do longer.

It wasn't "morning" in the eyes of many banks when you made this post. Many banks don't do any transactions before 9am.

Have you activated international transactions with your bank? That usually works.

you wont find gift cards these days - in the USA - that do international transaction. they use to have them, but a law was passed to disallow gift cards from doing this.

having said that, if they still exist... pm plz.

If you call them they will give you locations of where to find international gift cards, but they didn't work for me on Bovada, but did work on America's Cardroom. Both suggested were reloadable debit cards.
