Again, do you not understand UIGEA and or the wire act?
Bovada is violating both being a sportsbook, thus they cant just cash every American out via Skrill in five minutes. It is far more complicated than that getting you your check if they wish to stay in business.
The reason many are scoffing at your situation is because they understand this fact and either they have experienced problems similar to you from time to time, or they have learned that problems like that are an unfortunate consequence our governments overreach into our personal lives.
On top of all of that, Bovada is considered one of the better poker sites for Americans in regards to getting you your money quickly and efficient.

I tried to make other arrangments with a local check cashing company who has received bounced checks from them be4 and bovada owes them money.
If you bounce a check at a check cashing place I would think it would be your responsibility to pay them not Bovadas. Im not sure how Bovada would ever owe them money. Bovada will gladly replace the bounced check upon confirmation of the check, it is your responsibility to repay any debts you have made. Bovada isnt responsible for that, nor could any check cashing place expect to hold them accountable.
Basically, like LT said, this sounds suspect at best. Perhaps they received similar looking checks that bounced and are wary of accepting more, that sounds more reasonable.
Anyways, the possibility of checks bouncing is reason you shouldnt be cashing poker checks at check cashing places as many people have suggested in this thread for a long time.

And seriously most ppl who post here speak of how ghreat the service is and how quick they get paid so highly doubt any of those ppl care about me having to wait forever to get paid. So Why should I care about them. Im glad Bovada isn't dicking you all around like they seem to always do me.
Again, the world doesnt revolve around you, you are not special in regards to having problems with a payment from an online poker site post UIGEA, it happens all the time, and there is no way Bovada or any site can make themselves immune to this reality, which is what people are trying to explain to you.
Also, many people have taken time to give you good advice. Just because you are selfish doesnt mean others here have acted that way towards you, but if you feel the need to imagine that to justify your attitude whatever I guess.
