trying to request a payout, ive yet to verify address and cc

i deposited a couple months ago and no longer have the cc i used

anyone know if this could be resolved some way? if i send them a copy of my online bank statement for when i made the deposit?

I have done check by courier payouts before and they went fine. My most recent payout has been a problem though.
requested 4/14
approved 4/15
tracking info posted 4/29 (shipment info only)
no further anything
no package in transit, nothing

So I have been calling Bovada. They may have to cut a new check. This is the first payment problem I have had with them. Hopefully they are not going downhill.

I requested a money gram withdrawal on 4/26. On 4/27 they emailed me saying my withdrawal was approved and would be processed by check. I just got an email with DHL tracking info...so far so good. The email says deposit into an ATM. Just wondering, has anyone tried scanning the check thru the iPhone bank app or even using the paypal app?

I asked if I would be able to try to withdraw via WU next time and they told me it was no longer going to be an option for me

Got tracking number and check is suppose to be here tomorrow morning....so maybe rush delivery exists? I dont know but I was kind of surprised either way

Checks are really fast right now. Enjoy it because it wont always be this way. They are at the very top of their range right now.

Also, stop with the cryptic messages implying there is actually some big issue we arent aware of when in reality you have nothing. That tilted me the other day and even more today after you did it again then confessed you actually had zero info about any problem whatsoever.

Did you ever get your cashout issue sorted out? It looks like your problem was an outlier. Checks have been taking 1-2 weeks for most people posting in this thread.

I have talked with them on the phone 4 days in a row and they keep saying they are looking into it and they are talking to "the provider." I keep saying, it looks like you guys need to cut a new check. They keep saying to wait another day or two so they can sort it out. I am losing confidence in them, so I am posting that info here. I am just saying beware. If they make good on things I will post then too.

There is no reason for bratty kids to troll about this. It's helpful to know if a site might be turning sketchy. It's happened before, right?
