They covered my fees as a "1 time courtesy."

Courtesy? LMAO.

You requested a check, they sent you a draft. As a result you got to wait an extra month to get your money, plus you had to hassle with the bank. Some courtesy.

If they want to send drafts instead of checks, they should be making that clear when you request the payout.

My check just cleared internation collections. $75 fee and $45 collections fee, I think they will reimburse but we will see.

So if you have that type of check you should get your money minus about 4%

So for you guys that are having your checks go through international collections:

I also had the $75 fee AND $45 fee. I called my bank and they told me that the $75 fee was charged by the issuing bank (aka the bank where the check was from). They told me the $45 fee was from them and they would reverse it.

I contacted Bovada to try to get refunded for the $75 fee as their bank was the one that charged it. Long story short, they told me about 3 different times that my bank was the one that charged both fees.

Has anyone else talked to their bank regarding these fees and has your bank told you the same thing (that the $75 fee was not charged by your bank)?

How long did collections process take with your bank? I just got one of these kinds of checks as well...

I deposited once through mypaylinq on bodog website. Now if I want to switch over to a different withdrawal method could I do a rapid transfer twice to bovada and have that as my main cashout option from now on? It takes 20-30 days to cashout via mypaylinq and they charge you a fee of $80 for every $985 you cashout. So ******ed.

Requested 1/1/12

Received 1/24/12

This check came north of the US Border. ATM did not recognize amount, so I manually entered it.

LOL, I got this from them:

We do apologize to hear that your fees were for the amount of $120. At this time we do not offer our clients reimbursement for the fees paid to financial institutions.

We understand this may cause frustration and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.

So essentially Bovada is charging 4% on a 3K check.

I did mypaylinq for two cashouts and was expected to receive one mypaylinq payment today.. which is like 3 weeks after i requested it. Now they decided to lump both of my mypaylinq cashouts into a check and I received a check now for both amounts. Now not only did it take 17 days to come for the check I have to wait 30 days for them to process this Canadian foreign check. The bank teller told me that the money will be on hold for 30 days where I won't have access to it at all. Then she asked me what was the check for over the phone as well. I told her it was for entertainment for a website i affiliate for.

If that's the same check everyone's getting recently, that check doesn't need to go through collections. The Canadian bank has an office in the US.

Your bank should be sending you a letter/receipt of the fees/transaction. Send that letter into bodog/bovada to verification@bovada.lv

Call this number to try and get your fees reimbursed.

I got approved for a wire on 01/02 and today they told me the wire was processed on 1/05, but I never got anything. Now they are asking for a statement so they can do a trace of the wire which can take 2 weeks. Anyone with a failed wire attempt here?

Just cashed out a max withdraw via Western Union. How does the process work? Do they just email me when the money is ready to be picked up with the MTCN?

Thanks.

I recieved a check from bovada (pretty quick like 10 days or so) that was from a country from far east. I didnt want to get my bank involved at all so i simply took it to the affiliate bank listed on the check (a U.S. bank) and cashed it WITHOUT having an account with them. The lady called the number on the paper, said i would have to wait or comeback later in the day while they waited for whoever she called to send back verification/some fax and that was it.

They took my phone number and i was able to come back and cash it about an hour later no questions asked. I was worried at first since it was from a far east country but the lady looked at it and immediately knew what it was, she actually said we've been getting quite a bit of these lately and that it would probably take like a half hour to hour before she could cash it. Just a heads up to anyone who doesnt want to get their bank involved...

I received a message from bovada on the .lv site yesterday and they have combined two cashouts and did give me a tracking #... I had one I was expecting this week for a little less than 1k and one recent request for a little more than 1k that I had made about 10 days ago. Both will be on the check and it felt like the second one got expedited due to them already sending me some monies.

I think I might be in the same boat as you. Req. and App'd 1/9. Got a message 1/12 that it was completed by the processor and should be rec'd within 5 days. Nothing yet and they won't even look into it b/c I'm still within the "15 Business Day" window of when it was approved. NOT cool.

They have asked for my statement so I send a pdf copy of my statement ending in 01/15/12 which shows no activity and no wire. They then say they need to see a statement up to the current day, but I have no activity and my statement cycle doesn't end yet so there is no statement to send. I take a screenshot of my activity for the last 30 days and email it. They say it's still not good enough and needs to be an attachment. Why is it so hard to see where my wire is? They will not find out what happen until I show them I didn't receive the wire, which I think I did. WTF

if you dont have online banking to get up to date info on your account....

just go to your bank and get a print out, take a photo of it with your phone and send it to them...i've had to do this in the past and they have accepted it
