Received today, 22 Dec 2011. DHL, no tracking number was emailed prior to delivery. Hopefully this is the end of my relationship with Bodog/Bovada (as long as the check doesn't bounce).

When I called customer service they said fedex picked the check up around the 12th but when I called fedex and gave my address and name they said they dont have anything. Ive received over 10 checks from bodog in 2011 and no check ever took longer than 6 business days. One time I even requested a check on a monday, and received it friday of the same week. Hopefully ill get it friday

requested 11/29 and approved 11/30 with 7 business days as the quoted delivery time, still don't have. Talked to customer service and they told me that due to the holidays it has been taking longer. Today is the 18th business day. I was also assured there would be a message re: tracking number, but no such message yet.

Check is from a Canadian bank.
They emailed me the tracking number last night. People that are freaking out and getting mad at the wait need to chill. Everyone is gunna get their money, just gotta wait it out.

Thanks for posting this. Mine is from Asian country as well. We'll see how my bank handles it. Was hoping for Canadian.

Also: there was a short letter included in the envelope that I guess you give to your bank if you have any issues. It has a phone number for verification of the check.

False, ive had one clear with that method from the far east with zero issues earlier this year. No tracking on a request from 12/12 yet.

It probably was drawn on a bank in the states...thus it had routing number etc in magnetic ink

There's a huge difference between checks from the far east that are drawn on accounts from the far east and checks that are drawn on us banks.

The recent checks people have been having problems with certainly won't go in an ATM.

Some "foreign" checks arent foreign at all. Those should operate like any other check. Actual foreign checks are a pain in the ass and can be expensive fees if the bank will even accept them.

Not sure what's more annoying. The people posting what bank they got the check from or the hidden braggers posting how much the check was for. Is the amount really relevant? With everyone cashing out thousands who is actually losing money?
