Yeah, if you want the real story, just come to this thread. We all know something happened to the processor and there are delays. We can all track this stuff together. This has happened in the past. Not sure why people are freaking out at CS who are just trying to stall you until their ecommerce dept gets a new processor. Honestly these CS ppl probably arent informed of the day-to-day ecommerce stuff, nor should they be honestly.

You must not have tried to cash out during most of 2008 then. They had about a 9 month period with no cash outs. Bodog was huge then too, I think they lost half the play base because of it.

blah i requested a bank wire cash out jul 28th. was approved on aug 2nd. didnt realize bank wires were messed up.... does anyone ever do the western union cash outs? do they still work ok?

i had a couple take 6 weeks then, and when neteller went down it was a little over a month for a check.. but that's the only delays I've ever had

IIRC back when there were delays they said checks would take an average of 40 business days.

They must have a new processor if they paid me so quickly. Give them a little while to sort out the backlog. And huge Congrats to the guy who got on ESPN next to negreanu and mentioned it in this thread.

They gave me the tracking number over the phone. For whatever reason, I haven't got the e-mail yet. Looks like the check's out for delivery at the moment.

It does appear that the tracking number came through on my Cashier message too.

Still haven't received my bank wire from august 5th, i don't know what is going on but its on the tail end of the time frame and its not looking good. The way the economy is and stock market. Money doesn't come easy and I really need that wire to come thru for me and my fam.

Approved 5th processed on the 7th. Almost 2 weeks now bro. What are they telling you?..i Call them and email them everyday wondering where its at. Theres a way you can trace a wire and they keep telling me they don't have that access. No luck on your side bro?. It's becoming beyond annoying dealing with this. I already had no anniversary due to this. Was at the ER yesterday because i had no money to pay my doc. Im becoming so irate over this matter. I cant even play poker. Requested mine and approved the 2nd and yesterday was my 10th business day. Still nothing. It was processed on the 5th so now they sent me an email saying the 10 business days starts from the day it was processed meaning my 10th business day would be this friday. Not what I was told from 2 different supervisors who told me that my 10th day would be this past tuesday. Obviously they just used the processing date as another out to stall the timeframe.

Also Yesterday I was told they were contacing the processor and would get back to me in 24 hours only to be told today it will now be 48 hours. What a shock another delay!!

Bottom line is I don't expect to see the money anytime soon. I'm hopefull by the end of the month. I'm trying to hang in there as well. Want to book my trip to south america so hopefully the money hits soon.
