I was eyeing that Venmo card too.

I applied and got approved instantly. Should be here the first week of June, I will try it and report back.

I ordered the Venmo debit card the same day as the above poster and I received the Venmo card today. I seems like Venmo this May added some crypto features between Venmo users, but I am not seeing some of the important features found on the BitPay debit card.

If I withdrawal from poker site to a middle wallet like Exodus...is there a way to go from Exodus to Venmo? And if there is or isn't, no matter how you ended up with crypto on Venmo can you then load the crypto to your Venmo debit card?

Yes, you can receive and sell Crypto with Venmo. I am going to try it out tonight. Cashed out a $131 and after fees I have $128 in my account. I'm about to load it to the card.

I am use to the BitPay way of doing things and as I am new to the Venmo interface I am must not be seeing exactly how to do it.

As a simple example, let's say I cashed out money from the poker site to Exodus as a middle wallet. The money is now on Exodus and I open up the Venmo app to grab a crypto address to send the money to Venmo....what is the order of buttons to click in the Venmo app to find a crypto receive address?

I'm in California so I hope it isn't some dumb California exclusion.

This says I should be able to do it, in the Venmo app on my phone I click "crypto" and the click on one of the crypto but I'm not see the arrow in lower right corner., I only get a "buy" screen I am verified. I'll reboot phone and give it another try and maybe I have access to camera off so QR code isn't coming up.

Still not able to get to a screen with a crypto address or QR code to send crypto into Venmo. Annoying.

I must say, I'm impressed with how quick my last cash out was. Set up exodus in essentially no time flat, Ignition to Exodus was within an hour (last night), to cb overnight, and to my bank in minutes this morning.

I have a similar question regarding funding INTO ignition.
How does PayPal work? Can I go say buy BTC with PayPal
and then move the BTC to my Exodus wallet OR move my PayPal BTC to Coinbase
and then to Exodus? Once I'm in Exodus then I can move funds
into Ignition.
Bottom line: How does Paypal work in moving BTC to either Exodus or Coinbase?

I used to do Bank to Coinbase to Exodus. Now Coinbase uses PLAID.
I feel awkward giving out my credentials to PLAID. Is my concern warranted?

Has anyone experienced a cash out stay in the processing stage for 4+ days on ignition ? Requested June 26th. I spoke with live chat yesterday and the agent basically told me that she's unable to do anything, that another department handles it, and when there is a lot of volume for cashouts the process goes slower. On the website it says 24-48 hrs for processing. Bovada cashouts were quick from what I remember when I played on that skin. I don't mind waiting but from scanning this thread it seems like cashouts are usually quick. Not sure what steps I should take from here other than wait ? Live chat seems fairly useless and not sure if there's anyone different I can contact for a status update. This may be my first cashout (honestly can't remember) which is the only thing I can think of for delays, but not sure.

Once you're verified cash outs are usually sent out within an hour.

Been cashing out using bitpay for years and just found out that the bitpay card has been shut down until they find a new bank processor. What ways are you guys using to cash out Bitcoin from ignition and then transfer it to a card to use as cash these days?

Look above right on this same page and one page back. CodythePATRIOT gave us a heads up about the Bitpay card closing down. I found CashApp and Venmo to both have crypto transfers and debit cards, although Venmo's card is new and took a few days before all the features were unlocked for me, but it works I use it to cash out.

The way you worded your post makes it sound like you might not be using a middle man account like Exodus between poker site and end place. Make sure to use a middle man account like Exodus. Take it from me, I am using the Venmo card because I made the mistake of going directly from poker site to CashApp and they eventually closed my account.

Thanks for the heads up. Once the Bitcoin is transferred from Exodus to Cash app can it then be converted to cash??

I am using Venmo and don't remember the exact procedures for using CashApp, but yes, BitPay(before the recent removal of card), CashApp and Venmo all make it possible to receive crypto from an external wallet, converted it to cash and then load it on their debit card. You just have to Google search the exact procedures for whichever one you are using.

Make sure you have an email listed for your BitPay account and then you will know when they find a new debit card provider. The fees at BitPay for something like LiteCoin to convert to the debit card seemed to be a lot less than what I am paying at Venmo or CashApp if I remember correctly.

Hey, anyone else having issues with coinbase today? I did a withdrawal today and paid their stupid fees to get the funds transferred to my bank and got the email from CB with the amount that included the deducted fee and still several hours later the money has not arrived in my bank account. Have done this many times before and the money was always transferred to my bank instantaneously, anyone ever had this happen to them before?

Curious if anyone has used Bovada's wire option recently? Any problems with/questions from your bank?

Hey, how do I get a third bitcoin address from Exodus so that I might make another btc w/d? The internet says to click on advanced options and enable multiple addresses and legacy addresses, which I've done, but I have already used the bc1 address and the 1G one. People are saying that these should regenerate after use, but that's not happening with me. Ignition gives me red text stating I've already used these addresses. In the past I've had to make w/d via litecoin and other coins as I haven't figured this out yet.

I use electrum for BTC withdrawals. Its simple to use and provides unlimited BTC addresses.

Portfolios

What you do is make a new portfolio whenever you want to withdraw. It is a minor annoyance, but takes less than a minute. And then delete the old ones, I think you can only have like three portfolios at a time. This is all silly stupid junk, but is way better than the days of checks.
