Thank you for your help, it indeed turned out to be a sync issue. Had the software installed on 2 computers, and balance only correctly updated on one of them for some reason.

Anyone have issues recently with the final verification step of the code being sent to their phone with a BTC withdraw? Tried tonight and the code isn't being sent. The final four digits of my phone number are still correct in the popup window.

I was referred to Bovada by my mom and I made a small deposit of around $112 yesterday I ended up hitting a decent jackpot on one of their slots around $54-$55k I submitted my withdraw request last night and then wake up this morning to my account being disabled pending review. Has anyone experienced this or have any advice on what I should do? There doesn’t seem to be a customer service phone number anymore and the live chat just told me to wait to hear from them in 24-48hrs. I emailed over a copy of my passport to verify my identity per their request but any other advice would be greatly appreciated!

Keep us updated on Bovada processing your withdraw.. Were you able to request it all at once or are you withdrawing it in increments?

I’m confident You’ll get paid. They have a good reputation. Assuming you’re on a new account just be patient for your account to verified. It’s also a large sum of money and you don’t have any history so they just want to make sure it’s all on the up and up.

The Ignition rep says I should ask Blockchain why they require this info, but I am checking to see if anyone have this experience. See Below:

"In Your recent activity we detected that funds linked to a gambling service were deposited into Your Blockchain.com and we require the following information:
- Occupation
- Proof of residential address, in the form of a bank statement or utility bill dated within the last 3 months
- Explanation and proof of Source of funds, in the form of:
Deposit and withdrawal activity from the gambling service from where the funds were deposited;
Gambling service activity (betting history).
- Source of Wealth in the form of:
Payslips;
Inheritance;
Sale of real estate;
Etc.

Please reply within the next 5 business days to avoid any suspension to your Blockchain accounts.

Thank you for your cooperation."
I got the same message from Blockchain:

"In your recent activity we detected that funds linked to a gambling service..."

I tried to withdraw but they froze my account. Now they are insisting on me sending them pdf of my deposits/withdrawals to betonline as well as my bet history.

Is there any reason for me not to send it to them?

If you don't send, they'll lock your account. If you do send, they almost for sure find that it's in the way of the UIGEA.

Might be best to consult an attorney, stat, that's familiar with the applicable laws. Recent rulings have found online poker is not included inside the Wire Act, might have some out but I'm definitely not legal counsel.

So if Coinbase doesn't generate a new withdrawal address, how do I make my next withdrawal? My first withdrawal was easy, but now I'm stuck.

Any help is appreciated.

You aren't withdrawing directly to Coinbase, are you? Likely to get your account locked sooner or later if you WD directly to a KYC exchange.

Go pokersite-> non-KYC wallet -> KYC exchange. Exodus is a commonly used wallet and you can search this thread for how to generate new addresses.

I am. I usually play on ACR and have never run into issues withdrawing to Coinbase.

I don't know any other way to do it. I guess I need to google KYC wallets and exchanges, thanks.

Jfc. Not to rag on you, but having a buffer wallet between the exchange and the poker site is online poker 101 these days.

You’re very lucky to have “never run into issues” before, because Coinbase will lock that **** down hard.

ALWAYS use a private non-exchange wallet as a buffer between deposits and withdrawals. Contrary to popular belief, crypto is NOT 100% anonymous.

Thanks, never knew this. Can you tell me what to use? Google gave me 50 different wallets.

Any wallet that isn’t attached to an exchange. Blockchain used to be a popular one, but as a user above describes, they’re trying to be more of an exchange now and people are getting banned.

Exodus seems to be the most popular one around here. I currently use BlueWallet which is iOS exclusive, but it’s limited to BTC. Other wallets offer more crypto currencies. Overall, pick a decent looking one that is a totally private non-exchange wallet. It’s just a buffer wallet, and you won’t be keeping anything in there for long.

Exodus is super easy and noob friendly. I also use Trust Wallet.

I have been using Coinomi for years with no issues... easy to generate new addresses, multi-coin wallet, private keys, mobile and desktop applications... winner winner chicken dinner!

Haven't played iggy in a while, Just made a deposit and got in a couple of tournaments tonight, does the bitcoin withdrawal option here still pay out same day?

Yes, the bitcoin withdraws should be approved in an hour unless it's your 1st withdraw. All my withdraws over the last 2 years have been approved in 45 minutes flat like clockwork. Just remember you have to wager/play through your entire deposited amount once over before trying to withdraw any amount.

Happy holidays everyone

I've heard of ridiculous fees for cashing out on Ignition. It doesn't look like this is still the case reading the posts here. Is this still a problem?

I tried to join the crypto-exclusive program and got this response.

"Thanks for contacting Ignition Casino Customer Service.

Regarding the Bitcoin exclusive program inquiry, I'm so sorry to inform you that this promotion has already expired and we are no longer offer this option to our players"

EDIT: And Bovada just confirmed I was accepted into the program but that it's only for racebook, slots and sports.

Is that just the end of the program, or I am doing it wrong (or both - lol). Thanks.

How are you depositing with crypto? Do you purchase on coinbase or somewhere with your credit card, send to your personal wallet, then to ignition?

(I've withdrawn many times, but never deposited with crypto, or it's been years since)
